We had a wonderful stay at Lisiman Shangri-La. The hotel is beautifully designed with authentic local character and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Shangri-La. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with tasteful décor and excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They patiently answered all of our questions and provided many helpful travel recommendations, making us feel truly at home throughout our stay. The location is also excellent. It is quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep while still being conveniently close to Dukezong Ancient Town and other nearby attractions. Overall, our stay exceeded all of our expectations. If we visit Shangri-La again, we will definitely choose Lisiman again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality and excellent service.

A beautiful hotel with a charming Western-inspired aesthetic. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Dukezong Ancient City, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The complimentary tea and milk served were delicious and a thoughtful touch. The staff were also warm and welcoming.
