Cozy and conveniently located hotel in downtown Shanghai. The room is clean and well insulated. You can get toothbrush and other amenities at the reception area. The only inconvenience is in the case you do not speak Chinese as the stuff level of English is not very fluent, but nothing that a translation app cannot solve.

The Campanille are always a good cheap option. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. This hotel is very nice and they speak good english

It’s one of my favourite hotels in Shanghai. The staff is very friendly. Close to 2 different metro lines, walking distance. Also walking distance to Nanjing road. Highly recommended

This hotel was a great find! This was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in while living in Asia. Walking distance between two subway stations and in an area with a large array of restaurants and shops, the location is great. The staff was welcoming and spoke English. Although they follow city laws and don’t put some of the amenities in rooms any more, they are available for taking in the lobby. Unfortunately, there was hair on the floor and towels, thus the reason for the low score in cleanliness. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here again next time I’m in Shanghai.

I really enjoyed my stay. It’s a nice affordable hotel perfectly located near many nice and cute restaurants within walking distance. I always book this hotel when I come Shanghai.
