Just an amazing experience. The cost is nor too expensive compared to other hotels and rooms are very clean. Stuff is very friendly and the cafe underneath is superb. The breakfast was also very decent. Recommended 👍

Above standard except no one cares about the dust on the ceiling

The location is pretty good, about 20 minutes drive from Disneyland, and there is a shopping mall nearby, 5 minutes walk. The table in the room is nice, and breakfast is at the coffee shop next door, which is also OK

Because I had to go to Disneyland in the morning and couldn't make time for breakfast, I told the front desk to pack some simple breakfast. They were very cooperative. It was ready at 6:30 in the morning. The meat, eggs and milk were complete. I didn't take any pictures. Overall, it can't be compared with a big hotel. Much better than a B&B. Recommended to stay at Disneyland

You don’t have to get up early to bring children. After breakfast at the hotel cafe at 8 o’clock in the morning, the bus departs at 8:20, and it takes 15 minutes to reach the Donald Duck parking lot. You can get your tickets to enter the park at 9 o’clock.

The hotel must have good reviews. It has complete facilities. It was cold in the southern room. When I went to the bathroom, I didn't expect that the toilet was smart. I sat on it and it was so hot. It was so warm. We went to Disneyland early in the morning, and the cleaning lady cleaned us up when we came back at noon. Bonus points! Also, the young lady at the front desk is generous, enthusiastic and cheerful. I came back late in the evening and asked for two bottles of water. The lady directly gave me three bottles👍 When I go to Disney in the future, this is the hotel. I am so happy🥳

I paid three or four hundred for the room not just for the sake of being disappointed on the last day of Disneyland. He doesn’t seem to be getting the salary of a shuttle bus driver. It's Disney's security salary that is responsible for clearing the venue. In addition, the room cleaning was not complete. The smell of smoke was overwhelming when I entered the door. After explaining to the front desk, I immediately changed the room. However, there were obvious liquid solidification marks on the floor of the new room's bathroom. There was also something wrong with the bathroom door. After notifying the front desk by phone, they did not send anyone to repair it but gave verbal instructions to the tenants to repair it themselves.

I forgot to make a reservation for the shuttle bus, but it was full that day. She still I specifically contacted the driver to add an extra car for me, which was great! The hotel is quiet overall and the service is very good. It is also very close to Disneyland. I have definitely found a treasure hotel this time. I will come back to this hotel when I visit Disneyland in the future!

The breakfast in the hotel is free. The things are okay and there are many kinds. There is a restroom next to the restaurant, so consider it. They are very considerate, and the hand sanitizer is bubble-based, because I don’t like to use liquids and it’s hard to clean with water. These small details are very nice!

But the management is very average, the towels are old, the carpets are dirty, the hygiene is not thorough, and the breakfast is very, very average. The greater the expectations, the greater the disappoin**ent. There is no self-proclaimed four-star hotel.

The place is not far from the subway station, but the brick road makes it difficult to drag luggage. It is easier to walk on the road, but you need to be careful of cars. Line 2 Hongqiao, Pudong and Lujiazui are all very convenient. Disney shuttle bus: Very good, 7:30 in the morning, queue up to enter the park and enter the big lawn around 8:30. 9 o'clock in the evening, a bit early, we took a taxi back in about 20 minutes. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Very convenient. The breakfast tastes good.
