I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice and tidy, the room was spacious (compared to other hotels) and clean.
I was surprised by the breakfast, finally after 15 days in China, there are plenty of choices between Chinese and Western and there is a coffee machine (a life saver). But also multiple choices between salty and sweet food. The breakfast area was clean and regularly cleaned.
The front office staff speaks decent English, overall a good experience

I am actually having breakfast at the hotel right now and all I can say is delicious. The hotel is lovely. Spacious room, nice and clean bathroom with all you may need for your daily routine. Very comfortable bed and great pillows. Pillows are always a concern for me because of my neck problems, I've slept like a baby with no issue whatsoever. The staff is so nice and friendly although their English is limited, they always welcome you with a smile. I will definitely choose this hotel again. 10/10.

All in all, my experience was really good. Their customer service is awesome. They go above and beyond for their customers and I loved that about them. But there was this bad smell in the room, and it was a bit discomforting. Their towels are also old and are not inviting to use.

Very lovely hotel! Location was relatively close to public transport, however due to the rain it became a bit inconvenient to travel by foot from the hotel to get to places. There was a variety of food at the breakfast buffet and we were told by another resident of the hotel that there was free supper as well. Amenities were mostly great except for the air conditioner! It was quite humid on the days we stayed and the air conditioner essentially blew warm air into our room. Lovely little walk along the river directly in front of the hotel :)

The staff went out of their way to help get my phone repaired by searching out a repair shop and getting me a taxi. They also researched a bus tour for me. I have always had good service by this hotel chain.

Shower drain stop draining in the first night. I had to move to another room. The other problem is that there are som guests do not follow the rules for non smoking room and there is no control over this problem
