No matter which city, Atour is always considerate. Because we were worried that the baby would fall out of bed, the customer service lady brought a big stool for us late at night. The hygiene is as clean as ever, and there is unlimited mineral water. It is very close to the Bund and Fudan University.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the bus station, the subway is a little far away, but it is very convenient for travel. There are also many shopping malls around, food, clothing, housing and transportation are all in one place, which meets all my needs. The front desk staff is very considerate and proactive in providing help. The room service staff is also very careful and timely. It is cost-effective and suitable for recommendation

There is a free parking lot but it is very small. Fortunately, a driver helped me park the car. I took a taxi and the subway to travel. The room is quite big in Shanghai. The service of the beautiful lady at the front desk was also very good. For takeaway, I had to go downstairs and pick it up from the shelf at the entrance of the hotel. The only bad thing was that I found two stains on the towels. I hope they can strengthen the cleaning and disinfection work!

They answered all of my questions and helped me when I needed a pharmacy. Morning breakfast was pretty good and was sometimes delivered by robot which was a fun novelty. The only small problem was the construction outside the hotel, but that was outside of their control. When I asked for a quieter room they helped me get a quieter room! I am glad I stayed here.

Classic-styled hotel. Clean and spacious room. Some dust on some surface but acceptable, met chinese standard. Got upgraded to higher room type. Cleaning was done everyday. 4 bottle of water provided (family room for 3 people). Body soap and shampoo provided in very small bottle which was not quite enough but they were refilled everyday. King bed was larger than standard and very comfortable. Pillows were too soft, need to put 2 of them together. Shower and toilet area were too dark, not enough light. The refrigerator was not working. View was fantastic (17th floor). Sometimes cigarette smell came from air-condition. Breakfast was good, variety of food and changed everyday. Staffs can speak English and had very good service mind. Lots of shops and restaurants at Raffles city opposite of the Hotel. Metro station was only 7 mins walk. Overall was very good, met 4.5 star standard.

The location is very good. Across the road is the Bailian that the children miss. It is very convenient to order takeout, and the robot will deliver it to the door. The hotel has good hygiene and service, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

This hotel is awesome! As soon as you enter the door, you will be greeted by warm service. In the room, the decoration is grand and stylish, and the furniture is placed just right. The bed is not only wide, but the mattress is also soft and hard, and you don't want to get up after lying on it. The bathroom is clean and odorless, and the water pressure of the shower is very large and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant provides delicious meals, from exquisite breakfast to rich dinner, every dish can satisfy the taste buds. Moreover, the transportation here is convenient, and there are many places to visit around. It is very quiet at night, which can make people have a good sleep. I want to stay here for the second time after staying here once, and the price-performance ratio is great. When checking in, the front desk was very enthusiastic and offered a cup of hot mineral water attentively, because the weather in Shanghai is relatively cold, and it is still a hotel that can warm your hands at night. The hotel's self-heating tea given by the front desk is very delicious. The service is very warm, the room is cleaned relatively clean, and the check-out is also very fast. I am very satisfied from check-in to check-out. The first choice hotel for next time in Shanghai is also very easy to find, and the transportation is relatively convenient, which is perfect. . The service staff, whether it is the front desk or the cleaning lady, are very polite and enthusiastic. The room is small, but the decoration style is good and it is also very clean and tidy. The paper towels are very thick and there are face towels, which is unexpected. A satisfactory stay experience.

2nd part of our stay, again it exceed expectations on every bits of this hotel from lobby to room. We gotten ourself with a Family room which is comfy, clean and trendy. Breakfast served was more to local selection which definitely delicious for us. Location was no doubt a bit far away from hot spots but the convenience of the metro is just 100m away from the hotel. One great point to note, their hotel guest self laundry room was perfect for us as we could do a quick laundry to saves some baggage space. My next trip to China, will always look for All Seasons hotel.

Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours if they are loud. In our case, we had a loud man staying next to our room on the first night. Our room was really far from the lift area I’m not kidding it was really deep inside. It is not convenient for elderly and young families. While we were there, the main automatic door was down for 2 out of 4 days. Like what many others mentioned, getting up or off your private car was an absolute nightmare as there is no drop off point or foyer. The hotel is newly renovated but there are already signs of age/use. The only saving grace was raffles city is 1 min away.
