The location of the hotel is very good, it has a sense of design, the facilities are complete and comfortable, and the service is very considerate. Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

We used to always love staying at the Indigo, but haven’t stayed since covid… We were disappointed as the hotel is starting to look a little tired, things need replacing, breakfast had much less choice than previously available. None the less we booked into the Micheline Char Restaurant for New Years Eve dinner with friends looking forward to a great meal and drinks to celebrate the Year … (the food was great) however at 9:30 we were told we had to leave by 10pm after such an expensive meal and wine it seems ridiculous on any night let alone New Years Eve.. The swimming pool was closed and it wasn’t mentioned until we turned up in our swimsuits to have a swim. It didn’t ruin the stay but I don’t think we’ll be rushing back..

Every time I come to Shanghai, I live in Youyou Hotel, and this time the family chose an apartment. The room is not too big, but it is compact and well-equipped. There are simple kitchen equipment to make coffee, hot breakfast and so on. The service was very good. It was too hot in Shanghai. We hid in the room and didn't go out. The staff who cleaned the room warmly called and asked when it was convenient to clean. Because there is a sink in the open kitchen, there is a smell of the floor drain, so I told her and helped us deal with it. The disadvantage is that the apartment is a bit old, the facilities are outdated, there are few power plugs, and the floor drain smells bad.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Service was 10/10. All the staff were super friendly & helpful from the bellboy, receptionists, housekeeping, maintenance person. Breakfast was great, staff even allowed us to takeaway when one of us couldn't go down for breakfast. Free usage of the laundry room. Once we couldn't get a taxi when we were out of the hotel, I texted one of the staff to assist and he was super helpful. Special thanks to Mr Edward & Mr Chao for your excellent service. There is a small shopping mall right across the bridge that has nice restaurants with reasonable prices and delicious food. The train station is quite a distance so I had to take taxis to go places since it's winter & pretty cold. The staff doesn't speak English so be prepared if you don't speak Chinese. It was a memorable first visit to Shanghai.

I have stayed at the Lan Ou Hotel in Shanghai with my colleagues before, but this time I feel that something has changed. The hotel has an extra coffee shop. The Nova Coffee in Shanghai is quite delicious. Please give it a thumbs up. In addition, the hotel room is very large and the room type has been upgraded for free. The breakfast is also very unique, especially the handmade egg pancakes which are delicious. The facilities in the room are also complete. It is small and intelligent and can control the air conditioning. The highlight is that you can also set the air conditioning temperature and environment than I have gone before. It really improved a lot when I checked out. The front desk also gave me exquisite souvenirs for two or three points. I also had a dedicated customer service to make a return visit to inquire about my check-in experience. I felt really good👍The price/performance ratio is pretty good among the surroundings. Like it⬆️

Good location, quiet in the middle of noisy. The room is very hygienic. The facilities are a bit old and the TV remote control in the living room can hardly be used. Service is uneven: room service is very good, warm and thoughtful, will take the initiative to take off shoes in and out. The front desk is quite satisfactory, and the professionalism needs to be improved. The high floors and extra bed notes in the order are directly ignored. The extra bed should include a breakfast fee for one person, but the next day was added... lowered the overall impression score.

Overall, it is a nice and comfortable hotel to stay. Except that the environment & facilites near the hotel is not so well kept and clean. I noticed there is a small red spot stained on e bathroom floor (not sure what is that, it looked likes blood stain to me). However, on e last night, it was quite warm, I think there is no access of airconditioners during winter season. Other than that, room is really huge and with impressive Oriental Pearl Tower Views! The location is perfect with Yuyuan garden & Cheng Huan Temple located behind, food amenities and shopping street. Sightseeing bus also nearby the hotel to bring me around the bund & famous attraction spots. Subway also a short walking distance from the hotel. Family mart just below only! Price worthwhile overall!

Room- Excellent design, huge room with seperate toilet(automation toiletbowl) and shower with bathtub, dressing table, big wardrobe to hang coats and big space to put luggages. Spacious Living area. Minibar is free and replenish everyday. Service- Front desk Lily and others staffs are helpful and friendly. All my request were fullfilled. House keeper aunty name 覃爱元 is so nice and polite , she always keep our room clean and tidy! Breakfast-Alot of variety, chinese and western. Coffee is good! Hotel Interior- New , Classy and elegant! Awards winning hotel.

The hotel is much better than I expected. The service is good, clean and sanitary, the location is easy to find, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The packaging of mineral water, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. has its own hotel logo, and the TV is also It's huge, and the bathroom is also very spacious, almost perfect. I especially like the shampoo provided by their home. I think it is super easy to use. After using it, the hair is very soft. I forgot to see what brand it was. I went back and prepared to buy it. It’s very close to the subway. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Exit 4 of Tangqiao Station on Line 4. Near the subway station. There are many small shops to eat, and there are several snack bars next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel anyway.
