Idyllic, for relax**** and disconnect everything. Personal in great reception, all kindness. Full breakfast buffet, variety where to choose. Beautiful room with terrace, large and comfortable bed. I can't put sticks to anything from my stay there.

The staff's attention is quite satisfactory, the hotel is new and the facilities are well-cared and clean, but the images of the SPA are too generous to the reality. The fact that the SPA is in a part building with open air access by a rampa or stairs about 50 metres from the main building makes it unpleasant to use it in rain or cold weather days. A pool that has been locked up for a hotel of this size, deserves a review of the offer. With the hotel in full lotion, the use of the spa facilities is even a disappointment. Breakfast is of good quality and varied in the offer of viver.

We stayed in Tulip in a romantic excursion in Starreja, and we started with the sympathy of the receptionist Sara in a hotel that showed a lot of potential but with various levels of failure. The hotel's outer face shows some disappointment in the painting level. The breakfast is reasonable and with little attention to the details ( the chocolate packaging to bark from Lidl and the dawn milk packages could easily be replaced by bottles or jars that would not show so obviously the low (which was provided) And although they had prepared the eggs moving to us at the moment after complaining about the look of the eggs that had been served at breakfast, those who had bad look kept there until the end when they should never have been served! (as it seemed the only breakfast official would be responsible for all the table service, kitchen, food repair and disinfection of all tables after being used) We could not understand whether the instruction given to the hotel staff was to pass unnoticed or only were they lacking staff (and if the idea was to pass unnoticed certainly does not include completely ignoring guests as was the case with the hotel staff. (receptionist that would be doing the turn of the end of the day) The location is good and the infrastructure also and in terms of cleaning we had nothing to point to negative.

Excelente localização, bem no centro da cidade. Garagem fechada. Staff muito simpático e pronto a ajudar. As meninas da recepção, simplesmente fenomenais! Quarto com boa área e com cama king size.. Pequeno almoço um pouco pobre para um hotel de 4 *, compensado com a extrema simpatia da senhora que nos serviu. Aconselho!
