The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Excellent location in the heart of Seoul with easy access to temples, public transportation, and food. We had a suite that was smaller than most normal rooms at other Marriott properties (especially autograph tier) akin to staying in a New York or Hong Kong hotel. The size of the room was disappointing but ultimately it is a great location. The Boulangerie on the way to the metro is great 👌🏻

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

The walk from seoul station is not that near. Quite a long walk with direct underpass but flat surface. Take note the underpass only 6am-11pm only. Room was huge for 1 pax, you can even open 2 big luggages on the floor. Had the first guest floor which is on 20th floor, which is quite high already. Room was clean and pillow was soft. Iron only 1 in laundry room.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The environment and location are first-class. The airport bus goes to the isolated hotel. It is very close to the Metro City Hall Station. It is only one stop to Seoul Station. You can travel to Myeongdong, Hongdae, Dongdaemun and other places without changing lines. The hotel room is large, but It's a pity that there is no air-conditioning for staying in winter, and the room is very hot!

Booked this hotel for my family of 4. We arrived after midnight and we all tired. The standard rooms are quite small, there's this pillar that blocks the bed and desk. Thought we could turn in early, but the sink was leaking badly when the tap was turned on. Maintainance came but couldn't fix it. So we had to use the shower area if we needed water. There was another one reviewer who also mentioned about leaking sink. It was rectified in the morning but was still leaking. Location wise, its near Euljiro 1 station. And there are many cafes and restaurants around. The area is more of a cbd district. Most cafes are closed on the weekends.

The room is very dusty and it caused us bad allergies for the first few days. The water bottle provided had a layer of fine dusts on it too which looks uncomfortable to drink. Their pillows are extremely soft, almost lying flat on the bed. Other than that, everything else was not bad - the water heater change’s temperature instantly which is great and the toilet is clean with fresh towels provided daily. They do not provide, shavers/toothbrushes/toothpaste and these are chargeable. Overall, the room has a good amount of space to fit in 3 of us with big luggages.

It’s even more ex than 4 stars hotel on some days which I don’t know where the hotel get the confidence level from. Amenities very minimal (sanitary bag, water, shower cap). Shared toiletries and tissue. Location is good as it’s opposite lotte and in myeongdong. Hotel receptionist not bad but reservation team very bad, just wanna earn money. Cleaner aunty was nice. I had a day time layover (5am-10pm) so I reserved the room the day before my layover even though I’ll be checking in on my check out day. I kept trying for a late check out and was willing to pay for it just for some extra comfort for my family and I to rest after our red eye flight but was denied because they needed to clean the room although it wasn’t even occupied as I checked that it was still available online for booking. I did get until 12pm instead of 11am but I also checked in at 8am so only having 4 hours of the room. Besides this, the room was clean and the location is great.
