The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about. Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything. 2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

There is no concierge service in front, but I have a smart key and a message card. At first I didn’t know how to use it, but I had a simple breakfast, the view was good, but the weather was cloudy and raining Many places and restaurants can be reached within a 5-minute drive. Toothbrush, toothpaste and shower towel are sold separately.

The resort is spacious and comfortable, but why there are no toiletries? The surrounding environment is particularly good. Jusangjeollidae is very close and can be walked over. It's nice to walk around and watch the scenery.

I booked a duplex room for 5 people. The room is well-equipped and the surrounding environment is good and quiet. Because I don't sleep well, I can't sleep with a little sound. This aspect of the hotel makes me feel very good.

The price was in the low 100,000 won, the room was spacious and the ocean view was great. There were a lot of kids in the swimming pool, but they still had fun. As expected from a 5-star hotel, I remember it more because the staff’s service was good.

Family trip, very satisfied, the environment inside the hotel is too beautiful, one step at a time, winter is not inferior at all. Even if there are no convenience stores around, the nearest convenience store has to walk for about 10 minutes. It is super small on the first floor of the International Center. The hotels are all independent rooms. It is particularly inconvenient to rain in the doorway when entering the door. The interior decoration of the room is ok and the air conditioner is not easy to use. Breakfast is semi-buffet, with seaweed soup, abalone porridge, black pork and American set menu. There is bread, salad, fruit, dessert and so on at the salad bar. Let's talk about dinner. It's just a restaurant. It's not very big. There are too few options. It's limited at noon. It's limited at night.
