This resort caters domestic tourists, affordable if compared to others nearby. Location is good. Resort is simple and basic -and good foods served. The staff lacks training but they try to serve you. Communication via socmed is slow and challenging which needs attention. They way standard room is marketed is misleading. There are two types of standard rooms offered but both use the same promo picture which is the water bungalow type yet there is another type which is without window and terrace stye. The room they assigned me lacks maintenance. Even the toilet seat is broken. The shower is good but the toilet window is broken. I asked for repair but not attended. They need to clearly state the type of rooms they offer and not mislead you!

I had a wonderful experience at Lato Lato Resort :) The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to have a sunset view. Friendly staff. All is good :)

Due to objective constraints, we are traveling with children this time, so we don’t have high requirements for hotel facilities. In short, the scenery is very good, the sea water is clear, and the children had a great time catching starfish. They said they were so excited that they doubted the stars were born, haha.

advantage:
- The price of the room is cheaper than other floating hotels
- room and washroom are clean
- the water pressure in the washroom is high
- 24 hours electricity
shortcoming:
- The pick-up boat is very small, there is no way to keep out the rain, the round-trip price for 2 people is rm250
- Sometimes there is a lot of garbage on the sea water
- There are many ants on the dining table, and there are mice on the ground
- Check out at 10:00am, no way to have lunch

I waited in vain for more than an hour at the pier and no one came to pick me up. The boss couldn't get through the call and couldn't read the messages he sent. Then I couldn't wait any longer and opened a hotel at the pier to rest. Then it finally got dark and the boss said no.
