Hotel was clean, spacious and located conveniently! Hotpot place QiaoLin right below, which was convenient for me because I love hotpot hahahah

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is in a good location, across the road from the Seattle National Library. All attractions can be reached on foot. The rooms are decorated in a new and unique style, and they are very comfortable and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, I don't know how. There is an additional fee of $20 to the store.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

The room is quite big, but the air conditioner is a bit loud. The quilt in our room has a smell. I guess it's too humid near the sea. I originally booked a room with a view, but they are all in the building. I guess we arrived too late and there were no rooms. I was a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is really good. It's very close to Pike Place Market, Space Needle and boat rides. You don't need to drive. It's all within a 10-minute walk. There is a supermarket opposite and many coffee shops downstairs.

The location is very convenient. Just two blocks from the west lake station which you can easily access from the airport for only 3 bucks per person. It’ easy to walk around to the shopping mall, Pike Place and harbour which we can take the ferry to bainbridge island. The room is spacious, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff is okay. I haven’t get a night collected to my hilton honors account yet.

This is a great value option among the upscale hotels within walking distance of Pike Place Market. We arrived at 10 AM and they let us check in immediately and gave us our room key, which saved us the hassle of storing our luggage. We were able to freshen up and head straight to Pike Place Market! The hotel is also conveniently located just a block away from Din Tai Fung and Haidilao, both reachable within a 5-minute walk!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest light rail station, which can be tiring, especially if you have luggage. On the upside, it's diagonally across from the Central Library, which is convenient. You can also walk to Pike Place Market, though it's still a bit of a trek. The room itself is small but charming and well-equipped. It even comes with an extra yoga mat and a large mirror. They offer a wine and pizza social hour at 5 PM, and coffee and hot tea are available until 11 AM. Overall, I recommend this IHG property in the city center.

The location is fantastic! Stepping out of the hotel and seeing the ocean every time was a delightful surprise. It's super convenient to Pike Place Market, Chinatown, and the subway station. However, I wouldn't recommend it for older guests, as the daily uphill and downhill walks can be quite tiring due to the steep inclines. Facilities: Quite old. Hygiene: Average. Environment: Decent, but try to avoid rooms facing Avenue 6 due to highway noise. Service: Alright. The hotel offers free standard Wi-Fi, but there's a charge for high-speed internet. When we asked about internet, the front desk just said it was available. After checking in, we were charged an extra $3 per night. We inquired about it and were told it would be refunded. Both on the second day and the last day, they assured us the refund was processed in their system, but it never came through. Thankfully, Trip.com helped us resolve the issue. This experience reinforced that choosing Trip.com for international travel is always the right decision.
