在札幌車站有免費接駁車到酒店, 房間空間比普通商務酒店大一點, 都算寬敞, 浴室挺大的, 整體來說很舒適。酒店大堂有手信店也很方便。步行10分鐘就是狸小路商店街。 最後一晚入住高樓層的豪華房型, 有專用升降機, 房間非常大, 有按摩浴缸。早餐會場是在酒店最高層的餐廳內享用, 風景十分怡人, 可以看到遠處的日本海和十勝山嶽。早餐沒有算很豐富, 但菜式挺高級的, 有魚子和章魚刺身, 現場料理的奄列也很好吃, 有一位廚師還很熱情的介紹酒店外的風景。 溫泉要另外付500日元, 我每天都很晚回酒店所以沒有去泡。 缺點是酒店位置離札幌車站有段距離, 而接駁車衹到下午5點, 需要轉坐路麪電車才能回到酒店。自駕的話一晚1500日元停車費。還有check out時某位女前台的態度不太好, 有點小扣分。 整體來說是一間值得推薦的酒店, 可以趁現在使用政府的地震復興優惠捲來北海道玩!

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!

Posh looking hotel tucked in the corner a few streets away from Sapporo station, the hotel looks much different from what pictures tell. Stayed for 2 nights - amenities provided in the hotel room were plentiful with a decent sized bathtub and beds. We want to highlight the reception for being very service oriented, asking if we were on our honeymoon and gave us a free upgrade on the spot. The only inconvenience would be the lack of a free onsen facility but I'll have to consider the rest of the hotel a win.

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

But the timing Maybe it was bad, but there were about 4 to 5 college or high school boys joking with each other in the changing room of the public bath and in the washing area, which made me feel uncomfortable. The lockers in the dressing room with free locks were apparently broken in an attempt to force the problem (were they broken from the beginning?). I think it's okay to pay to use the lockers.

I want you to clean the welcome drink service corner a little. There was no cup in the ice making machine. I was asked to call in the civil war and prepare, but I want you to patrol other than cleaning time. Previously, I had a comfortable stay at some route inn and had a good impression of route inn. And this time I have a business in the direction of Kuwazono. So I chose this hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk from Kuwazono Station. .. .. Because the expected value was high, it's something less than expected. The key is not a card key nowadays, and the door of the room is not auto locked. It seems that the staff cannot afford it, probably because it is turned by a minimum number of people. The large communal bath was not crowded and I was able to enter slowly, but the temperature of the hot water in the shower was not stable and suddenly changed to hot water. It was so hot that if I was an American, I would file a lawsuit, but I wonder if no Japanese think anything. Breakfast is also a standard lineup that has a variety of types that are not complained for the time being, and I don't feel like eating morimori from the morning. Check out without the question that the route in was about this degree. The shuttle is ３ flight to Sapporo Station in the morning by advance reservation system, but it seems that the basic location is targeting people who move by car.

We visited Sapporo for the snow festival in Feb 2020. We selected the Leopalace based on location/price and reviews. On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

Overall, there are many convenience stores near the hotel. You can walk to the subway station within3-5 minutes. It is next to the subway station exit (there is no elevator at that exit). The convenience is no problem. It is just a little far from the past, the raccoon road, the Chase or the station, is a little far from the hotel. The interior is very new. The atmosphere of the room decoration is enough. The only thing that can be picky is that it is not generous. It is barely enough, the bed is a bit short (but it is good to sleep. Two pillows), and the room does not have a bathtub (because there is a large bath). There are not many choices for breakfast, but the deliciousness is not difficult to eat.

I stayed in a dormitory, but I wasn't used to it, so I was a little confused.It might not be suitable for people who aren't used to it or who sit high...The security was very tight, so I was able to stay with peace of mind! ! There were 3 outlets and 1 USB port. One outlet is connected to a locked box, so you can get out of your hair while charging! Very excellent! ! The shared bathroom was slimy because the person in front of me hadn't flushed it after using it, and I didn't wipe my feet on the bath mat, so I didn't like it, so I might want to go in early. Next time I have a chance to go to Hokkaido, I want to stay again! ,
