Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

在札幌車站有免費接駁車到酒店, 房間空間比普通商務酒店大一點, 都算寬敞, 浴室挺大的, 整體來說很舒適。酒店大堂有手信店也很方便。步行10分鐘就是狸小路商店街。 最後一晚入住高樓層的豪華房型, 有專用升降機, 房間非常大, 有按摩浴缸。早餐會場是在酒店最高層的餐廳內享用, 風景十分怡人, 可以看到遠處的日本海和十勝山嶽。早餐沒有算很豐富, 但菜式挺高級的, 有魚子和章魚刺身, 現場料理的奄列也很好吃, 有一位廚師還很熱情的介紹酒店外的風景。 溫泉要另外付500日元, 我每天都很晚回酒店所以沒有去泡。 缺點是酒店位置離札幌車站有段距離, 而接駁車衹到下午5點, 需要轉坐路麪電車才能回到酒店。自駕的話一晚1500日元停車費。還有check out時某位女前台的態度不太好, 有點小扣分。 整體來說是一間值得推薦的酒店, 可以趁現在使用政府的地震復興優惠捲來北海道玩!

Very satisfied. I don't know if it has been upgraded, but I was assigned to the 14th floor, the highest floor. The room is very large, the layout is very good, the dynamic and static are separated, and the dry and wet are separated. Clean and tidy, breakfast is rich. Opposite the hotel is Odori Park, which is very lively on weekends. It's about a 20-minute walk from Sapporo Station.

We stayed using national travel support. Location-Close to Nakajima Koen Subway Station and convenient access. Room-The room was small, but it was acceptable because it was a cheap travel price. I thought it would be comfortable if there was a little more hook to hang clothes. I appreciate the fact that the toilet and bath were separate. However, the toilet was a little narrow and there was a feeling of blockage. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning was clean. There are few amenities. The hotel itself is small, but there was always a hotel at the reception and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The correspondence of the hotel staff is polite. I was grateful that there was a newspaper at the front desk. It was a good hotel.

The room is very clean. Although it can be seen that it is an old hotel, the location is easy to find. It is 200 meters away from Nakajima Park and one kilometer away from Tanukikoji. It is only a few subway stops away from Sapporo. There is a 711 convenience store right outside the door. There is also an ATM machine where you can withdraw money, which is very convenient. I will choose here again next time.

It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo. It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk. The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect. And the view was excel :)

Location of the hotel is good. Close to the alight bus stand for the airport bus from CTS. It’s also the first stop to board the bus to the airport. Right in front of the hotel. Hotel is also near to Nakajimacoen subway station which makes going around Sapporo easily. The breakfast is superb. Rated no 4 in whole of Japan. The seafood don is self service and you can take unlimited seafood if you can finish it. Don’t waste the food. The seafood is extremely fresh. We also like the Hakkaido milk, yogurt drinks, milk puddings which is very creamy and smooth. Hotel offers welcome drinks which you can take to the room to drink. Amenities is also abundance for u to take.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel as it was planned within the itinerary. Even though it seemed to be quite near to amenities, it was pretty hard for us to walk so far during snowy days. Unlike the hotels we stayed in other parts of Hokkaido, this hotel has limited amenities. We had to walk out to the nearest convenience store, about 10 mins brisk walk away, to get some food and drinks in late night. Room is comparatively smallest amongst the hotels we stayed in this trip. Can only say that this hotel meet minimum needs. Service and cleanliness wise, it is not bad.

I am so glad I booked this hotel than my first pick near Sapporo Station. Unwind Hotel is located in the quiet side of Susukino near Nakajima Station, Nakijima Park and the Airport Bus in front of Vessel Inn take note that the last bus to Airport is at 11 AM. We got 2 Double room and the size is bigger than the Japanese standard. Breakfast was so good, delivered outside your room everyday. Small hotel with personal touch, not busy like bigger hotel with tour group. Yes, we will stay here again if visit Sapporo again.

It opened in June 2022, and the hall was still new and really clean. It is very convenient because you can check the congestion of the large communal bath and the availability of the coin laundry on the TV in the guest room. It is a card key elevator that cannot be moved except for the accommodation floor, so the security is also firm and even women can rest assured. Although it is a mechanical parking lot, I thought it was valuable to be able to park a high roof car. Convenience stores are right in front of you, and trouser presses are installed on the wall, so I think it is good for business use. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with many kinds. I would like to stay again next time.

I’ve just finished a night at the Business Inn Norte at Nakajima-koen in Sapporo. The hotel is just east of mid-section of Nakajima park and just west of Toyohira-gawa dori. I chose this hotel for a night in town and for its very low price. I’m pleasantly surprised. Check-in was a bit tense because they asked me first if I am a resident of Japan (I am) and then for my foreign registration card (which by law is not required). I refused and they dropped the subject. I paid, got my card key and room number (It’s on your receipt.) and headed upstairs. My room is small, but really not bad for the bargain off-season price I paid. It’s quiet, the bed is small but comfortable and the bathroom is typical of Japanese business hotels. The location of the hotel is just a short walk to the south edge of Susukino, and a few stops on the subway to Odori and Sapporo Station. For solo travelers, it suits one’s needs well. Apart from the small hiccup at checkin, this hotel is fine for a night. And check-out this morning was a breeze. Drop my card key in the box and go. I’d be happy to stay here again when I have the opportunity.

It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Odori and Susukino, but the streetcar stop is close, so you can use the streetcar immediately. It is convenient and cheap to take a bus to Nakajima Park from New Chitose Airport. Everything Yasubei needs (shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc.) is available in the common area. All you need is a razor and a toothbrush (better if you have earplugs). Unlike business hotels, it was nice to be able to communicate with other guests.

This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo!
