They were love to stay...located in one of the main business hubs in the city of Sao Paulo ..

It is convenient to the conference venue, a certain distance from the city center, and clean. It is worthy of being a brand hotel. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The stay experience is very good, and I hope I will have the opportunity to stay next time.

I stayed in more than 10 different IHG's Holiday Inn and InterContinental units worldwide, most of the time on business. I have never seen such top top quality in terms of hotel management and service like what I witnessed at Holiday Inn Anhembi, Sao Paulo (maybe the biggest unit of the brand in the world). 1. quality of service; 2. quality of gym; 3. taste of food; 4. silence; 5. quality of aircon; 6. positive attitude of all employees. Very good indeed. Congratulations for the performance!! It is for sure a 5-star management.

Location is best for Sao Paulo marathon...and the staff let us late check out at 14:00

This is a business conference hotel, not far from the small airport in the city, and it is convenient to take an Uber. But it takes too long to drive into the city, almost an hour to Japan Street, and the surrounding facilities are lacking. The hotel is standard business style, a little old, it depends on personal preference

Perfect hotel! Very polite staff, wonderful breakfast and dinner, in the restaurant, perfect. The location is pleasant, facing the park. In other reviews I talked about homeless people, there really are, but few, nothing that bothers or attracts attention, I was treated politely by them. I do recommend this hotel! Close to the fair and the Korean supermarket, great accommodation for fans of Korean culture. Hope to return soon.

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. Parabens, Ca' D'Oro!

This hotel is my favorite. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating, I’m greeted with a smile by every staff member I come across with. The rooms are clean and quite. The food in the restaurant and room service are great. Can’t say enough about the staff. Thank you.

Good things: - great location just 3 minutes from Av Paulista - big and comfortable bedrooms - very helpful and kind reception staff Bad things: - it’s an old hotel with many issues - bedroom entry cards get deactivated all the time. You get frequently locked out and you need to go to reception and activate your door card every time you move from the room - there’s a collection of different pillows on the bed. Some old and stained with yellow sweat stains - disgusting (see pictures). Some flat and worn out. Some ok. - air conditioning in the bedroom hardly works. It’s set up non stop on 17 degrees and the room is still very warm - there are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. They are card activated but cards sometimes work and sometimes don’t work. It’s very frustrating - air conditioning in lobby restaurant area doesn’t work. It’s very hot and uncomfortable - bedroom TV has very bad reception and includes mostly news and Brazilian channels. Just super boring.

The hotel is very well located near Av Paulista. Short walk to Oscar Freire. It is an old hotel, old carpets in the floors, but the room is pleasant. Big enough, comfy bed. I got a room with a view to the main road and 3rd floor so slightly noisy. I would suggest to request a room in higher floors. The staff is super nice, I arrived at 10am and got my room. The air con stopped working, then I asked them to check, when I was back the room was in great temperature. There is an old gym style but enlightening for exercising, and a small pool at the top floor. The breakfast was a lovely surprise, farm style as they called. Simple and great.
