Right from booking, the butler contacted me and sent the hotel's location, an introduction, and even a carefully prepared travel guide and food recommendations, which was excellent. Upon arrival, the butler met me at the entrance, and check-in was very quick. The room was great, with new facilities, and I slept wonderfully all night. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and check-out was even faster – instant! The butler saw me off, and what was really touching was that my car had been thoroughly cleaned (a pleasant surprise, and no charge!).
