Value for money. Friendly staff. A good choice for family. Need 10mins walk to metro station but very easy to get Uber so all good. Recommended for family with a child (x1) who don’t prefer to book 2 rooms.

During the stay, there was an event happening, but the service quality was maintained and quickly responded. The only is the HK team rang the bell a few times during the day time to check if the service needed.

The fixtures and fittings were quite dated for a global brand hotel. Location was kinda far from the city centre so you need to Uber/cab down. Walking would not be possible. 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Staff were all friendly so that was a plus point. The team at the concierge was super duper friendly so we were happy :) thanks for a good stay!

Amazing facilities and close to the airport. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Great cleaning service and in-room service.. Desk staff could use some extra training. Overall good short stay

The front desk service is not very good. Unprofessional and not considerate of customers. I paid two city taxes, but only one bill was issued. They also explained that the house was booked through an agent, so please go to the agent. I was in a hurry to catch a flight, but they didn't solve the problem and sent people to explain it in turn.
