優點：在三亞灣與吉祥街交叉口，交通便利，衞生搞挺好，附近一公里內吃飯的地方多，出門過一條小馬路就是海邊沙灘，離海月廣場近步行用五分鐘到。性價比挺高。定的落日房我稱之為椰子房，房間在二樓椰子樹把海灘落日擋的嚴嚴實實，不過滿眼綠色也很舒服噠。缺點：最不能忍受的每天從早上七點多開始到晚上九點半，海灘樹林裏休閑的人（廣場舞，唱歌的）擴音器的聲音有點刺耳。夜間樓下飯館有些吵鬧。不過都不是酒店能左右得了的問題，挺給酒店拉分的。房間隔音效果不太好。

住的特別舒服，哪哪都好，強烈推薦
前台小哥很熱情，有問必答，細心周到。房間每天都有打掃，服務員都很熱情，笑意盈盈的。房間乾淨整潔，配套設施齊備，感覺很新。尤其是床躺下去非常舒服，美美的睡一覺特別緩解遊玩一天的疲勞。名副其實距離海邊最近的酒店，出門過馬路直接就到沙灘了，早上在沙灘上跑步可以幾分鐘直接跑去鳳凰島，晚上坐在海邊看夕陽入海，很美！總之，在三亞住酒店的不二之選。想春節再去三亞的時候還住在這裏，不過好像房費漲了好多

來三亞之前一直網上做攻略預訂靠近海邊酒店，一圈對比下來這家酒店價格合理、房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間空間足夠大，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺能夠了

酒店位置靠近著名的海邊公路椰夢長廊方便看日出日落，酒店環境乾淨，房間佈局完美，優雅中不失情調，服務周到，讓人感覺很舒服。給我一種家的感覺，從大到小，無可挑剔，價格合理。

我帶兩個八十多歲長者出行，酒店交通方便，出來過馬路就是海邊，離椰夢長廊也很近，旁邊勝意早茶很好。酒店提供的接送機服務也很棒。
