Vienna International Hotel (Sanya High-speed Railway Station) Reviews

Pretty good! It's close to Sanya High-speed Railway Station. Someone was on duty even when I arrived past 2 AM, and they even upgraded me to an executive king room for free. It was a great experience, and the bed was very soft. A really comfortable night's stay.

The room decor, much like the hotel lobby, is bright and spacious, and the bathroom is also quite large. The hotel has its own parking lot and is only a ten-minute walk from Sanya Station. Near the station, there's a large shopping complex called Summer Station. There's also a tram stop right outside the hotel. The bedding is comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff provide excellent service with smooth communication.

First time here and it was an amazing experience! It's a new month, so I just had to give you five stars and hope you keep up the great work! Hahahaha, awesome (｡•̀ᴗ-)ok, great, good!👌🏻

The service was good, and anything I needed was delivered promptly.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.

The room was clean, smart, quiet, and had a great view. I hope they keep it up. The bed was comfortable with no strange smells, and I slept well. The front desk service was also excellent. Thumbs up!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright rooms. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with a city rail station right outside. Plus, they offer free laundry and dryer facilities, making it my top choice for business trips.

The front desk staff were really welcoming, and the location is great, right next to Sanya Station. They even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was nice and clean, I was very happy with it. All my requests were met, highly recommend!

The hotel is just around the from the railway station. The experience using voice control was interesting.

Good service.

I spent seven days in Sanya and stayed at four different hotels. This was the last one, chosen for its proximity to the high-speed train station as we were leaving. We were traveling with our child, and at the previous hotels (including two five-star ones), check-in only required our IDs and the child's household registration booklet. BUT!!! This hotel not only asked for the child's household registration booklet but also insisted on us manually writing down all the information from it into a separate ledger (which took at least five minutes). Okay, that's fine, whatever. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS! We had an early high-speed train and flight at 7 AM the next day, so we went to bed before 10 PM. The hotel front desk then started making frantic calls to our room past 11 PM! They called once, and I was half-asleep and didn't react, but then they called AGAIN! A relentless barrage of calls!!!!! I was absolutely furious. I've lived for over thirty years and stayed in countless hotels, and I've only ever used the room phone to call the front desk, never the other way around! I was so scared I didn't dare answer. I had to wake up my soundly sleeping husband to pick it up, and then the front desk asked – FOR OUR CHILD'S NAME!!!!!!!!!!!! In the middle of the night! After the hotel had already clearly and thoroughly registered all of our child's information! A relentless barrage of calls, just to ask for our child's name!!!!!!!!!!! I guess if you live long enough, you really do encounter all sorts of things! After that call, I couldn't sleep until 4:30 AM, and then I had to get up at 6 AM to catch the high-speed train! In all my life, I've had my share of bad hotel experiences – unclean rooms, poor environments – but I've always let them go. I swear on my life I've never given any hotel a bad review before! But I can't take this! A terrifying 'midnight call' in the dead of night! I refuse to believe this was a one-off incident! I'm sure every room experiences this!

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff provided excellent service. The environment was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near Sanya High-Speed Railway Station. Plus, there's free parking, which is a big bonus!

We are happy to stayed three days in this hotel .  Front desk service is very good . Hotel is very clean ,Location is very convenient. City train  is on the street and take you to beach in 15 mins. Will recommend to my friends for sure.

Room was big and spotless . The breakfast room was not thst big so could get very crowded .Coffee machine was nice but no fruit juices . Mall and restaurants close by.
