服務很熱情，很貼心，覺得有什麼不好提出了馬上給解決，比如我覺得插座不好用，立馬就給我拿了個插板送上來，我説要瓶裝水，要了就給，總之這種很多，反正這服務總分100的話，我想給110，太滿意了，房間很大，比我前幾天在亞龍灣還有剛來在木棉住的都要大很多，陽台直接看海景，這邊所有酒店去海灘都要過個馬路從公共入海通道下去，這邊也差不多，最後兩晚一天，行程匆忙，目前能感受到的入住體驗很不錯，早上出門去海上觀音或者大小洞天，糾結打車問題，旁邊保安大哥過來特別熱心告訴我應該怎麼坐車，怎麼去海邊等，哈哈，旁邊出租司機臉色都不對了，距離椰夢長廊最近，然後是天涯海角，之後是海上觀音，海上觀音不遠是大小洞天，嗯，去大小洞天好像還路過西島了，公交車跑的很快的，扯遠了，在這住實惠，貼心，舒服，看海景，泳池我沒時間沒顧得上不説，出門不遠坐公交方便，去海灘玩沙子，玩水都不錯

服務態度很好 環境很好。位置優越。就在三亞玩老闆的態度也好，還給我們打折，下次還要推薦朋友過來強力推薦，前台服務態度很好，樓下有游泳池，可以游泳出門幾分鐘就到海邊了，房間很大，打掃衞生很乾凈，很及時，下次還會再來

房間非常好，比較乾淨，能看見海景，設施非常全面，前台小姐姐的服務也非常好，特別熱情，有問必答。之前住過好多別家酒店，別家的前台服務人員簡直跟這裏的小姐姐沒法比，還有就是這家前台小姐姐人長得也非常漂亮呦。酒店的套房比別家的實惠，已經續住好幾天了，優惠的力度也不錯，非常值得推薦。

酒店位置很好，離各個景點都很近，而且乾淨衞生，看電影是投影儀，還幫免費升級了房間，還有接機服務，前台24小時都有人，隨時都可以聯繫，這次入住體驗很棒，尤其服務非常熱情周到，很好！

老闆人特別好，房間很舒服，我和朋友住的最便宜的一間環境條件也很好，非常滿意，住得很愜意酒店有電瓶車很方便租電瓶車50塊錢一天還有廚房可以餓，食物很方便，如果以後再來，我肯定還會住這裏離機場市區海邊都很近，可以在這入住租個電瓶車到處看一下前台 前台小妹服務很好，樓下有游泳池還可以游泳。

房間乾淨整潔，快誇酒店的前台小美女免費幫我們升級了，高樓層一眼看去，整個三亞灣都心情很好，總體來説還是很不錯的位置，離海邊很近，出門就是海周圍吃飯也方便房間還可以做飯，下次來這邊還來這裏住，雖然這棟樓有點老，但是去年房間重修裝修過了還是很不錯的。

前台人員很熱情，店裡可以租電瓶車很方便，騎着還有預約免税店的班車，出門是三亞灣海邊去離鳳凰機場也很近，沒有飛機的聲音，這裡是一個小區適合旅遊度假，非常安逸，性價比很高，100多，我就可以入住環境設施很不錯，還可以游泳，有個自己的勇士，好評好評，值得推薦
