房間超級棒，超級好，別墅很大，很乾凈，整體入住體驗很棒，下次還會過來的，管家吵架有禮貌，從入住接待我們到結束，每次都幫我們拿外賣，這個超級點贊，冬季再回來入住，謝謝招待！

房間很棒！入住得很滿意～口水有大口水池流水，很好看，泳池也非常乾淨，流動泳池，水看着很乾凈，二樓兩個房間都有陽台，都能看到泳池和院子，房間超級大，客廳也很舒服，老闆還貼心的給我們送了茶葉，咖啡，外賣管家還會幫忙拿，幫忙送，超級貼心！

入住感受很棒，房間空間很大，措施很多，整體入住超級滿意，管家服務很好！幾乎是有呼必應的，泳池很大，也很乾凈，床上用品也很舒服，超級棒的一次入住，下次還會過來哦

超值了，人均500元不到可以入住這麼大的別墅，帶泳池 花園 ，小朋友玩得很開心，淡季過來就是超值，管家很貼心，從入住到退房全程服務 個大大的贊👍

這是跑三亞來最糟糕的體驗！千萬不要來，店大欺客，太可怕了，房間衞生太臟，大半夜一直打老鼠，老鼠上桌子喝飲料，還跑游泳池游泳，孩子還在游泳池游泳，現在打電話12345投訴都沒有用！衞生部門衹是讓整改！不退房費

説是洲際酒店別墅區，其實跟洲際毫無關係，設施設備一點不能去玩的，這個酒店3000多，我覺得是真的一點都不值這個價！！首先環境就比民宿還一般，一點配套設施都沒有，除了房間門口有個小泳池晚上玩了一下凍死，然後房間一點不新，我也不知道為什麼顯示23年建的怎麼這麼舊，總之體驗感巨差🙃這三千塊花的大大無語，停車費還花了一次50一次15，在海南住的都是好酒店第一次被收這麼貴停車費，我去隔壁洲際租兩個房間不香嗎？海棠灣住的兩個酒店都踩雷了。鬱悶！總之大家別來踩雷了。

別墅還不錯位置也很好，衞生服務各方面都可以，唯一不足的是設施少了點，特別是享受不到洲際酒店是娛樂設施。海灘倒是共享的，泳池沒法進去有點遺憾。
