The hotel was cozy and has nice decoration. The room was clean and had all the required amenities. I absolutely loved the bed! It was super comfortable. The location is a residential area, we appreciated that because we did not want any city noise. They brought the breakfast to the room, it had variety and we liked it. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some questions. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of restaurants, bars and such right nearby, but the area is nice to go for a walk. Overall, a good experience.

Very good location,in the center of the city, very close to the metro .Very clean inside,.Very good breakfast,welcome personality.There was no closet in the room,there was no hanging.That is, clothes can't hang up.Maybe it's only in one room, I don't know.But overall, everything was very nice.

What a fabulous Hostel. The staff and volunteers offered tips and suggestions for a wonderful time in Santiago. Each guest gets an individual tour of the Hostel upon arrival, so you know where everything is straight away. I would like to mention some of the staff by name as they provided me with a terrific experience. They were Mario, Claudio, Basti, Santi, and the volunteers Julius, Stefan, Pascal. The people I met were all very friendly and both the Xmas and New Years Eve parties were a fabulous experience. I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS HOSTEL AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
