The room is spacious and close to a supermarket. It is cost-effective, less than 1,000 RMB per night. The only problem is that there is no kettle. You can ask for hot water at the restaurant downstairs. If you are used to drinking hot water, it is recommended to bring your own.

In front of the beach and the Santa Monica pier, unbeatable location. Rooms clean and in good condition, the only problem is that we reserved two rooms in advance because we are a family of 6 and they placed us on different floors, that caused us some problems, but the rest is highly recommended

This time I made a reservation and booked a sea view room. I did have an unparalleled sea view and a balcony. It is only 200 meters away from the pier and is very convenient to play, so I walked there twice.

Great location, clean property, and the staff is nice. I typically stay in the Fairmont, Shutters, or Huntley. This hotel just is not as those properties.

Location was great. Room was very clean. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful.

Bad service checking in and out. Only had one attendant in both instances and wait was too long. Bad service about valet parking. Waited more than 40 minutes to get my car as was not notified to go to P1 below to pick up our car.

Staff supported our needs, but seemed a little less than eager to do so in some cases.. getting umbrellas for the wet weather felt a little like asking Dad for the keys to the Ferrari..

A nice, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Santa Monica. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant closes on the early side. Late checkout is available but requires a trip to the front desk, which defeats the purpose if you’re trying to catch a few extra winks.

I have zero negatives about this hotel. There is nothing lacking with the experience the hotel staff and the atmosphere provide. Super friendly and helpful, clean, smells good, great pillows (a huge pet peeve of mine), and location. You have no reason not to stay here while in Santa Monica.

Loved everything about this hotel, Check in was smooth thanks to Ramen. Bell man was so professional and sweet. We enjoyed our stay thank you
