Hulunbeietzhouji Hotel

The experience completely exceeded my expectations! Not only was I able to check in half a day early, but my room was also upgraded for free from a Deluxe Twin Room (what I booked) to a Luxury Twin Room, and I even received meal vouchers. My biggest worry when staying at hotels is that the mattress will be too soft and I won't get a good night's sleep, but the one at InterContinental was super comfortable for me. The three toothbrushes were thoughtfully color-coded, which made them easy to tell apart. The breakfast was also good and suited my 'northern' palate. The only downside: the hairdryer in the room was too cheap and didn't have enough power.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I thought it would be just an ordinary place, but after checking in, I found the rooms and bathrooms to be very spacious. Even though it's close to the train station, it was surprisingly quiet with no noise. The breakfast was standard, but filling!

I got a free upgrade to a deluxe king room, which was clean and tidy. The service was excellent.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel service was warm and attentive. In particular, the hotel staff greeted us politely, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located right across from Hailar Station, and we were very satisfied with our stay!

The staff at Zhouji Hotel are truly exceptional! When I checked in on March 30th, the receptionist (Weiwei) greeted me with her usual warm smile, which was very comforting. She even remembered the same room I stayed in last time, which surprised and delighted me. I thanked her profusely! Upon entering my room, I found a card next to the fruit platter that read, "Welcome Ms. Guo... Your Zhouji concierge, Weiwei!" I was so touched! The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! I went downstairs to ask the receptionist, "Are you Weiwei?" She smiled and said, "Yes, it's me!" This young lady is beautiful and provides excellent service!! After I finished my meal and returned to the hotel, I wanted to write her a letter of commendation, but Weiwei had already finished her shift. So, I'll express my gratitude through Ctrip. Thank you, Weiwei! And thank you to the young man who took over Weiwei's shift; he was kind and quickly resolved my issue! Thank you, Zhouji Hotel! I felt so warm and cared for in this unfamiliar place!
