4 Star Hotels in Santa Clara

We had a busy weekend lined up, class reunion on Saturday, giants game on Sunday and 49er game on Monday. Staff was great. We did not eat but one meal at the hotel, price is too high for the elderly and really not enough selections. Staff was great and very helpful especially Claudia who was there everyday of our stay, we even arrived one day earlier then expected and was able to get the same room for far less then the weekend due to game day up grades.

I would like to thank everyone for a wonderful birthday evening for my daughter everything was so beautiful the room was perfect the staff Alex and Antonio and Ruby were absolutely dolls the restaurant everyone housekeeping so we will definitely come back I want to thank each and every one of you once again for accommodating us and thank you very much

I live in Room 1002 this time. First of all, the air conditioner is very loud. After I turned it off, there is still a lot of engine-like noise inside or outside the room. This is seriously inconsistent with the image of the hotel. It also seriously affected my rest. The rest of the hotel is very well done. The sheets, pillows, and bathrooms are all very good.

My office is very close by so this is the preferred hotel when we come into the office. I've stayed at AC Brand hotels a few times and like them. This hotel was great. Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful! Great lobby bar with a very talented mixologist, was not expecting that in a hotel bar! Breakfast was included in my rate and was super healthy and very tasty. Choice of a healthy egg entree with a breakfast buffet filled with healthy options including yogurt, fruit, juices and whole grain breads. My room was super spacious with a king size bed and a large banquette type couch. A nice desk area with lots of light. My bathroom was a completely closed space, but a colleague had a completely open bathroom with frosted shower and toilet doors which I thought was strange and probably not the best if traveling with kids or with family. I was on the freeway side of the building and was not bothered by the noise of the road, but another colleague was, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the other side of the building. Thanks for a great stay! Will be happy to come back.

The location is very good and the security is very guaranteed. But it is not a traditional hotel. It is a hotel with several houses in an apartment, so it is very difficult to find. And there is no physical front desk, and the apartment administrator will get off work very early. English listening is not enough, even check-in will encounter obstacles. Because we arrived late, after the check-in procedure, it took a lot of time to study how to enter the door from here. Finally, I found this door to go in. It was to the lobby on the first floor of the apartment. I couldn't get to the room at all... There was no explanation for the relevant situation when booking, and the order was marked as check-in at the front desk. We were a bit busy with this and called the hotel on duty and took more than an hour to get into the room

Service is always great. The property is always kept clean. Rooms are always clean, beds are very comfortable. Some rooms do have a stove top and equipped with dishes, pots & pans. There is a $15 parking fee. 😕. Or park for free on the street.

Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.

Hotel location is good, not far from the airport, free parking, rooms are large, but there is no lift on the second floor, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is good, hot water and big bed like

This time staying in the hotel itself is no problem, all aspects are pretty good. The point is that the hotel booking makes me very unhappy! When I made the reservation, I only thought that Ctrip would do it again, and then I learned that it was given by a third party. How do I know that there is a third party in Ctrip? As a result, all parties assumed that it was a third-party decision, and no one was in charge.

Hotel definitely has the potential to be great. Retro mid-century modern design from lobby to pool. Vibrant colors give a Palm Springs relaxing vibe. On a business trip to the Marriott cross street. It was a cheaper option if caught on those busy weekdays. The chill vibe is a plus compared to the strictly business a**osphere at Marriott. Room was ok. Not particularly big but ok for a single night stay. Bed was quite comfortable, probably was the best part of my stay and really wonder what brand of mattress it was. Pretty standard basic amenities. I like the coffee machine and empty fridge for you to utilize. There’s something that looks like a steamer for shirt, nice if theres a place to hang my shirt to tryout the machine. Maybe because I stayed in an accessible room, there was hanger in the drawer but strangely no closet or anyplace to hang my shirt or jacket. Unfortunately, and hopefully it was an outlier incident, saw a mid size spider in the bathroom. I did call the front desk to report but it was too late night that I’m lazy to change room. Hopefully the morning staff is aware and do something about it. Otherwise the room is in standard level cleanness. Overall it was a standard experience that merit an average review.
