Hotels with Breakfast in Santa Clara

The hotel service is very good, the location is good, there is a convention center and a large stadium next to it, but the lobby is under construction that day, and some impact on the environmental assessment.

Loved the location, close to airport. The rooms are very modern and clean. The dining area was closed but breakfast was still provided to take and warm up in room. Nice people at the front desk. Had a slight problem with TV but was able to fix and not have to call for help. Many fast food and shopping places close by also.

Spacious room with a nice town view. Well decorated reception and professional concierge that created a memorable experience. Close proximity to shops. Conveniently located near San Jose International airport just a 10 minute drive away.

Anytime I need a room for an out town family member or corporate guest I book them here. At first they are a little puzzled as to why the holiday inn till they stay at this property!! Amazing staff and the property was just recently renovated. Save your self hundreds a night and stay here, you’ll be glad you did! This is easily one of the better hotels in the area.

My wife, I had an amazing fun time here at the Best Western we alwayz do. The Wifi, Pool, Fitness Center, and Free Breakfast is the best part. It’s fun for Kid’s, Friend’s, Family, and it’s also great for a party.

The location of the hotel is quite good, surrounded by a small business district, fully equipped, the refrigerator in the room (the kind used for the family), the microwave oven, the cup, the cutlery spoon are all very complete, just like at home, there is a kitchen, you can cook it yourself. Eat something, breakfast is very rich, suitable for family outings, with the elderly and children, the hotel has a parking lot. But now it’s charged, 10 dollars a night.

I live in Room 1002 this time. First of all, the air conditioner is very loud. After I turned it off, there is still a lot of engine-like noise inside or outside the room. This is seriously inconsistent with the image of the hotel. It also seriously affected my rest. The rest of the hotel is very well done. The sheets, pillows, and bathrooms are all very good.

My office is very close by so this is the preferred hotel when we come into the office. I've stayed at AC Brand hotels a few times and like them. This hotel was great. Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful! Great lobby bar with a very talented mixologist, was not expecting that in a hotel bar! Breakfast was included in my rate and was super healthy and very tasty. Choice of a healthy egg entree with a breakfast buffet filled with healthy options including yogurt, fruit, juices and whole grain breads. My room was super spacious with a king size bed and a large banquette type couch. A nice desk area with lots of light. My bathroom was a completely closed space, but a colleague had a completely open bathroom with frosted shower and toilet doors which I thought was strange and probably not the best if traveling with kids or with family. I was on the freeway side of the building and was not bothered by the noise of the road, but another colleague was, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the other side of the building. The room is comfortable, the supplies are newer, there is free coffee all day, American breakfast, simpler, the hotel has free parking! Location is also good to find, not far from the Bay Area.

The room looks rather rundown to me and does not seem to be well maintained especially the air-conditioning. It was rather noisy when it was turned on. The air-conditioning doesn't seem to work well for the bedroom as it was rather stuffy even if it was turned on. Breakfast could be improved with different selections daily. I have been ordering the same food every day. Missing amenities in the room like toothbrushes, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, and drinking water. I have to collect them at the front desk and the worst still is that there is no stock of bedroom slippers. I am not expecting that answer from the hotel. With the kind of room rate that I'm paying, I am expecting to have better quality service compared to a 2 stars hotel around the area. It was a total disappointment to me. I would definitely think twice if to return back for another stay.
