The best thing about the hotel has been the waiter. Although I had the iced coffee, there was no milk in the thermos, one drop and it was cold. The room when lifting the duvet was dusty, the head of the box with dust that I had to remove. There was no soap or shampoo. Ultimately disappointing.

Todo perfecto. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que había mucho ruido por la mañana por la limpieza de las habitaciones y nos despertaron. Y al no haber persianas entra bastante luz.

Overall great experience. Probably, the other aspect that could be improved is the mini fridge in the room, it only had one small bottle of water. Also, they could provide a few snacks available in the room.

Good Hotel, good room and service. Excellent breakfast. It is in the center and not so easy to arrive with the car. No light on the garage.

A nice surprise, friendly staff, clean rooms. A little far off Madrid Center, but all in all a pleasant stay.

Remote urban hotel in northern Madrid. Staff not helpful, did not appear to be happy dealing with customers, like they were an inconvenience. No kettle in room as they have a coffee shop which is never open. Internal noise from other rooms was a problem, sound proofing is terrible. Also bin lorry comes around midnight, right outside our window.
