The hotel is fine for a quick layover between flight and cruise but I still won’t stay here again. Why? Well, the fire exit door squeaked all night sounding like a baby screaming, the clerk upon check in was rude, the shower floor was filthy, there are no vending machines and ice is only available on the 4th floor, the hotel is located in a wind tunnel, and nothing is close by unless you want to eat at the Caribe Hilton (why not just stay there is I have to go there for everything?).
i wish i had read more reviews before i booled..

Nice customer service! And housekeeper cleaned our room every day :) no pool and I don’t think it’s the best location. Also doesn’t have parking but there is one closer for 20$ X night

We arrived to check in at 8:30 at night and our room wasn’t even ready yet. But they were able to change us to different room. The room seemed clean, until I walked around barefoot and my feet became black and covered in other stuff. Had to wear my shoes for the rest of my stay. The faucets in the bathrooms also had a lot of build up too. Finding the hotel was super confusing, google maps kept leading us to another hotel.

Overall, an average property with good ideas not well executed. It tries to make use of space for hotel common areas and resort space but fails in their appeal. The rooms are large and spacious, one of the few pluses. Hotel staff are nice, friendly and helpful.
