The hotel is a good place in the local area, breakfast is not a self-help point, English is not good, it is troublesome, I set the corner of the administrative bed room to give me a general twin room.

My husband was working in the area and I chose this hotel for location and pool. The staff was great from the front desk ( Richie), breakfast crew to the lovely bartender ( didn't get her name). The bed was way too soft but the room was nice. The pool area was very nice, plenty of chairs and towels. Disappointed the hot tub was taped off.

The hotel is very nice, staying for more than ten days, suitable for family with baby, has a sofa bed, can cook. The ventilation is also good. It is recommended to rent a suite if cooking, the room does not smell of soot.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Samantha. Where do I even begin...Samantha really went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was amazing, and it was. Even on Christmas day, Samantha was so happy, helpful and cheerful. The level of customer service that she provided was phenomenal and she is a great asset to the Hilton team. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my stay amazing Samantha, I will never forget you!!! Xo

Cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast was typical fare served Covid-avoidance style and you were encouraged to return for more by an extraordinarily affable server. However... At check-in we were fleeced for a $10 parking fee. In reviewing the Trip.com site, there is no mention of parking or any parking fee. The assumption is that it is in a suburban location where parking does not involve a charge. So this complaint is squarely on the hotel and the Trip.com app. The other issues included young guests returning to the adjoining room waking us by giggling loudly and talking loudly from 11PM until 11:40PM. I rapped on the common door three times, again ten minutes later, and ten minutes after that. Finally I called the front desk to register a noise compliant. The person answering said that they would “handle it” and, sure enough, within ten minutes there was total silence. Sure wished I had escalated the issue to hotel management earlier. The following day, there was intense odor in the hallway near the elevator from what could only be marijuana use. Hotel staff responded swiftly by attempting to determine the source. So rude and entitled guests who cared little about the impact of their behavior on fellow guests was the culprit with hotel staff doing all they could to mitigate the damage.

This hotel has a noble feel! The friends who went there fell in love, saying they liked it more than Ritz-Carlton in Santa Barbara. I heard that there are many swimming pools, but we only saw one. The hotel grounds are too big, take a walk and take a look. If you are a golfer, you will love the environment more! Its daily activities are also very rich. We participated in a qigong meditation at 9:00 in the morning, and it felt very good. There are free yoga classes and the like. Not boring There are some restaurants to eat and drink ten minutes drive from the hotel. The environment is also super nice in that area, and it feels like a rich area. A hotel worth visiting. I will visit again!
