Never ever think about going here until they fix their staff manners. A place to avoid as much as possible. They ruin our trip with their incompetence, lame service. I even thought one of the staff had the intention of hitting me when I complain directly about their service.

Regrettable. The education of the waiters is one of the greatest human baseness that I have come across in a long time. A place to not return to under any circumstances. Service was rude, aggressive, cocky, disrespectful... A sorry place. Not to go.

I had a great experience at this hostel! It was very clean and I felt safe there. There were only four beds total in my room and a safe was provided to store bags, etc. Friendly staff and great location.

Bar de copas malo malo malo. Siete camareros atendiendo para cinco clientes. Y encima chulos … no sé Cómo no cuiden un poco más de la gente que les deja el dinero no sé qué futuro les espera. Otro que ha ido de mal en peor. A ver si con las opiniones mejoran

No le pongo cinco estrellas porque el desayuno incluido no es gran cosa la verdad.. faltan cosas saladas aparte del queso y bollería. Por todo lo demás sitio muy top. Las habitaciones con su baño individual. Fuimos 4 y nos dejaron una de 5 solo para nosotros. El bar de abajo también muy chulo. Y sitio súper céntrico, maravilloso

Solo hablo de local para tomar copas. Agradable, en el centro histórico de Salamanca, con varios ambientes y terraza climatizada. Es una buena opción para tomar una copa en una Salamanca que, entre semana, no parece tener mucha vida nocturna

Nos dejaron sin agua caliente y no se responsabilizaron de nada. Atención pésima. En el desayuno no había café. las habitaciones muy antiguas y nada insonorizadas. Hay fiesta debajo y se oye todo. Lo único bueno que tiene es que es tá junto a la calle mayor.

El bar bien …. uno de los camareros un impresentable, parece ser que todo “ le suda la polla” y quería agredir a los clientes. En las fotos los compañeros agarrando al impresentable. Gente así sobra en la hostelería.
