The most comfortable hotel in which I had to arrive 👍 1. Crazyly beautiful hotel : both outside and inside. Comfortable rooms. You can leave a wish for a bed on the site (one big or two single rooms). 2. Cleaning rooms every day (which doesn't happen everywhere). 3. The most cool feature is ordering breakfast in the room! Breakfast is incredibly tasty, large portions and a fairly large choice of dishes! On the reception you can leave your wishes for breakfast , by what time you can bring. Thank you for repeats for such a delicious breakfast! Rice cash as from childhood! Service also at height! 4. Location. Everything in the walking availability (to all the sights of the city you can walk, thus enjoy the atmosphere of St. Petersburg) 5. Enjoyable hotel staff! Only and small minus: 1.5 bedrooms, but it is again on the amateur. My husband and I sleep under one big one. But I think you can ask a big one on the resepshen. But again it is on the amateur. In general, the hotel is chic, service at the height, 5+! Advising.

The hotel does not match the declared 5 stars. The bathroom with hair on the wall from the former residents, in room 2 bottles of water at 0.33 in plastic and it is necessary to actually ask for additional water, to Recepshin from the room it is impossible to call, no one can get a shoe tug and sponge for shoe care. There is no staff at the receptacle in the morning, evening and night. It took 5 minutes to wait for someone to appear in the hall from the staff. Wonderful hotel! Ut, atmosphere, service, staff attitude,comfort,room,food.... Well absolutely everything was perfect! Your stylish design repair, cozy half-dark lobby and halls with pleasant flavors. The rooms are fresh,nothing is scratched,all is neat and fresh. All the necessary ingredients are available: dresses, showers and sewing sets,everyday,if necessary. A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. Here was written about the scarce breakfasts, which is very strange to me. Of course, it is not kilometers of the Swedish table as in Turkey, but nonetheless anyone will find food for its taste: yoghurt,treature,cashi,cache,omlets,etc,except that champagne has not been offered. A worthy coffee machine with different options. If you are completely mad, you can certainly find shortcomings: for example, the water is badly down in the bathroom, slowly work cards in the castles, there is no cosmetic mirror in the toilet, the unrational location of the switches and the roofs near the bed, but these are such trimmings, who cannot dimly stay in such a cozy place. Ech liked that the streams were literally dissipated - you practically don't meet with staff or other guests. That's what creates a sense of comfort like home. And the location is also a pleasant eye: in a small street opposite Fontanka, from the windows of the room to the street was a summer garden and river, to the center of the minutes 20 walking steps. In general, solid 10 points and my unambiguous recommendations. Thank you for a great rest!

I had heard very good feedback about this hotel and saw the nice pictures on the website. Rooms looked great, and I was looking forward to staying there. Unfortunately I did not know that the hotel has renovated and unrenovated rooms which are not only awful but also very very small. When I arrived, I was given a tiny room with shabby furniture that looked like it was from 1985. Never before have I been to a hotel where pictures and reality were further apart. Unfortunately the hotel seemed fully booked so that I could not change the room. I left the next morning to move to another hotel. I must say that such inconsistency in the quality of the rooms is a sign of a poorly managed hotel. Such rooms should be renovated, not offered at high prices to guests who will inevitably be disappointed. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are so many better options in St. Petersburg.

I will immediately tell the hotel definitely good, and for its 4 stars does a lot of things even 5 stars do not, so I recommend it exactly. It really is good everything (god breakfasts, service, rooms, etc.) all except for two things: I will speak at once, perhaps it is connected with the number 5 in which I lived (single normal). - Wifi - did not work, or worked disgustingly. It was necessary to download the presentation at 150MB. Switched almost an hour with breaks. - Noise from ventilation in the day (after 10 a.m. time). Very loud. At the level of the air conditioner at maximum capacity, or the old refrigerator. At my arrival, it was unlikely to be corrected in 3 days, so I hope the hotel will take it into work. At least ventilation from 12 if nothing can be done with noise.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and also within walking distance to Nevsky Prospekt, Winter Palace, Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and Kazan Cathedral. A taxi from Moscow Railway Station takes about 10 minutes. Better than the old five-star hotels in Moscow.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a unique hotel experience. Located in a refurbished old building, it is centrally located and within walking distance to Nevsky Prospect, the main shopping street in St Petersburg. The entrance to the hotel may be hard to find, and you have to carry your luggage up half a floor to take a lift up to the third floor. But everything else was perfect. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and there was even a welcoming tea kindly served by front desk employee Maria. The rooms are neat, modern and impeccable. The only thing you have to remember to bring is your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as it appears that most Russian hotels do not provide. It will also be good if a luggage rack can be placed in the room so that one doesn’t have to bend down to retrieve or pack things in the luggage. The breakfast served in the room every morning is something to look forward to, as they are delicately and beautifully prepared! You have a couple of choices and can pick what you would like for breakfast the next day the night before. The hotel help hailed a reasonably-priced taxi to get me to the airport too. Highly recommended!

Если приходишь поздно, то все равно на выбор есть все, а не только каша))) Администраторы очень вежливые и отзывчивые, отдельный им респект. Заселение происходит быстро. Понравилось, что отель для некурящих, в отеле останавливаются приличные люди, чувствуешь себя комфортно и безопасно. Адекватные цены. Рекомендую.

Stopped for one night in the room in the room of Kutuzov. No words, all super. No plates. There is still sugar, salt, and tea bags. The laundry and dry machine is the same big plus. I once used this service. It is not free: washing 100 rubles, drying 50 rubles. In the room heating batteries are regulated, which is very convenient. The toilet room is compact, the shower is small. But there is an electric snake. Because it is always possible to dry anything on it and if you close the door, it is warm. There is soap and a shampoo-conditioner, good quality. The room was booked with breakfast. Swedish table. As they now say: you won't be hungry, but everything is uniform. Greek cashes, broccoli cheese, sausages, omlets, pancakes, cruissants, nuts with cooked raisins, croissant corners, creature, cream, two types of jam, porcelain oil and yoghurt, two types of sausages and cheese, cut cucumbers and tomatoes, cut into pieces of pizza. This is all served every day. For seven breakfasts, of course, it's bored. Very cheered the coffee machine! And toast! Breakfast takes place in a restaurant that is in the same building. It is not necessary to leave the building, there are warm passes. Since we lived in this hotel, in the autumn school holidays, the room cost was overstated twice!!! Bad ...

Great hotel with impeccable location. It is located right in the center of the attraction, 300 meters from the Kazan Cathedral, also from the Savior on Spilled Blood, 50 meters from the subway, and on the right there are restaurants, Starbucks, bakeries, and shops.
