Все отлично! Чисто, все работает, белье белоснежное, подушки и матрасы мягкие, шторы, освещение отличные! Позвонили горничной поздно вечером(не разобрались с телевизором)пришла сразу. Все очень вежливые! Кофе в баре-прелесть! Мы в восторге! Останавливаюсь здесь не первый раз. Бываю много где. Есть с чем сравнить. Цены очень приемлемые. Всем советую!

Отель уставший, требующий ремонта и капитальной уборки. Питание жуткое, столовское, серое, не вкусное. Внешне похож на каземат Выбрали отель, так как в нем был бассейн - это было главной причиной выбора отеля. Но ни разу бассейном не воспользовались, т. к. для гостей ОН ПЛАТНЫЙ! 500 руб днем и 900 руб вечером. Вот такой обман рекламный! Это чистое мошенничество, т. к. нигде о том, что бассейн платный не было проинформировано на сайтах - отель использует недобросовестную рекламу. Где бы я ни был первый раз сталкиваюсь, что за бассейн нужно платить. КРОХОБОРЫ ЧЁРТОВЫ! Отель уставший, требующий ремонта и капитальной уборки. Питание жуткое, столовское, серое, не вкусное. Внешне и внутренее похож на каземат - зачем внутри отеля для прохода по коридорам все время нужно прикладывать карточку?

1. В отеле очень разочаровала ванная комната. Неудобная очень высокая душевая кабина. Чтобы войти в душ, нужно подняться на высоту полметра и нет никаких ручек , чтобы держаться. Удержаться можно только за кран, который очень горячий. Узкий вход в кабину ( 40 см). А спускаться с такой высоты по скользкому полу ещё опаснее. Путешествовали с мамой ( 68 лет). Ей было очень некомфортно и реально опасно. 2. Нет кондиционера.Только на одном окне сетка. Другое окно невозможно открыть. 3. Пятна грязи на розетке на прикроватном столике. 4. Пыль на лампах. 5. На дополнительном месте очень тонкий и неудобный матрац. Пришлось просить дополнительный. Спасибо, что без проблем дали матрац.
