AUSOTEL SMART Shaoguan

I was originally attracted here because of other reviews saying that the breakfast was very good. The environment and the room were indeed very good, especially the sports field which was very interesting. It's a pity that I checked in on a rainy day. The environment is very suitable for taking pictures at night, but I couldn't take pictures. It's a pity. Very close to Yunmen Mountain attractions and very convenient The breakfast is very surprising, almost all are vegetarian, but unfortunately I am a carnivore... There is a slight flaw in the parking space. The charging facilities are complete, but there are no rainproof measures. This is where the points are deducted. All other experiences are great.

The hotel looks new, carefully decorated, and has a fresh style. It is very close to the Yunmen Mountain Scenic Area by car, and is suitable for travel accommodation and group building. The surrounding area is a bit remote. We can basically eat and rest in the hotel park. However, we arrived at around 8:30 in the evening. All the surrounding farms were closed. We were too tired to drive to Ruyuan City to find a hotel, so we went to the hotel’s own convenience store. I bought instant noodles and snacks and fruits for dinner 😂. The hotel staff, including the parking lot security guards, were enthusiastic and proactive. There were many drinks in the minibar and small refrigerator in the room for free. I like the service. It would be better if the meal service could be provided later, or if the convenience store could add cooked food to provide convenience for guests who arrive late while traveling by car. The overall feeling is good.

環境：酒店就在雲門山景區附近，環境很好，有大草坪，到處有美麗的鮮花在盛開，有點誤以為去了大洋洲旅遊的感覺。 衞生：酒店很新，衞生做得也不錯。 服務：遇到的每位酒店員工，都是熱情有禮，笑臉迎人，感覺很好。 設施：由於是週末，省內來個短途帶娃遊，小朋友最喜歡就是那片大草坪，在酒店吃完早餐後，盡情地享受着户外的樂趣，一起玩飛盤，風箏，吹泡泡，還有户外的鞦韆也是棒棒噠。另外，還體驗了健身房的健身設施，打了下籃球和玩了下冰壺。小學齡的小朋友，開心極了。 客房迷你吧:除了瓶裝水，居然提供了幾瓶免費的飲料，實在是太貼心了。

酒店設計很特別，環境優美，房間裝修很時尚，衞生乾淨整潔，每間房還有冰箱，裏面有迷你吧，免費飲用，前台的小哥哥，幫我們安排的房間很滿意，服務人員很有禮貌，熱情周到，有自助早餐，餐廳早餐新鮮可口，就店裡麪也有充電樁，還有健身房免費體驗，這次和朋友出來旅遊，住的最好的一家酒店了，性價比很高，在乳源能找到花園式的酒店，真的很驚喜呢！

服務態度很好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務很好、貼心、辦入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很軟睡得舒服，衞生間乾淨，客房服務熱情主動打招呼，酒店還有洗衣房，還可以烘乾，停車場免費，交通很方便，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到。

酒店特別好，一是環境優美，設施完備，有水杉營地，有自己的菜園農場，還有一棟茶坊還沒對外，還有健身房可以打籃球，乒乓球，旱地冰壺，練瑜伽，還是個陽光房，特別好；二是餐食好，自助早餐性價比高，遠比韶關市區的品質高，划算！三是綠植好，看得出酒店設計者對植物的喜愛，綠植造景很有層次感，關鍵有很多品種別的酒店看不到的，比如黃色果子的冬青，還有不少北方草原才能看到小花小草，不僅大型植株，連地被植物都那麼的與眾不同，植物愛好者絕對推薦！四是酒店很舒服，床品、衞生、服務都很好！家人休閑，單位商務會議、團建素質拓展都是不錯的選擇！
