The tea cups were not cleaned when entering the room, and there were tea stains. I contacted the front desk around 10 o'clock in the evening to arrange for someone to deal with it. 3. The landline telephone in the room could not be used. 4. The wireless network in the room could not be used. 5. There was a little odor in the new building, but the breakfast was OK, with a little local characteristics.
