Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy

The room was very spacious, and our family of four was very satisfied with our stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation. There's a convenience store right across the street, which was super handy. It was very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful rest.

Convenient location, about a 10-minute walk to the BTS Skytrain station. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and polite. There's a convenience store and a large supermarket near the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

The hotel is located at the beginning of an alley, so it's a bit quieter at night compared to the main street facing the BTS. There's a convenience store right opposite the main entrance that's open until midnight. Breakfast is served until 11 AM, which is nice, but after 10 AM, there isn't much food left, so it's better to go early! Check-out is at 12 PM, and they called at 11:45 AM to remind me to leave! In my 10+ years of traveling to Thailand, this is truly a first, haha! The mattress and bedding were decent. The air conditioning in the room was okay. We only got 2 room cards, which was inconvenient. When I asked for an extra one, they were reluctant at first but eventually gave it to me. The service attitude was truly... speechless. Water kept leaking from the corner of the shower stall while showering, and there was no water-retaining strip! Haha! Some of the towels even had holes! Haha! The room didn't have any disposable toiletries; you had to ask for everything. When I checked in, I specifically asked for 3 toothbrushes, but of course, they weren't delivered. I had to confirm the request for 3 toothbrushes again before they were brought to me! Just to clarify, I only requested 3 toothbrushes for a 2-night stay and nothing else!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's tucked away in an alley, making it super quiet. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff were excellent, and there's a pool right downstairs. The absolute highlight was the breakfast – incredibly rich and delicious. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Bangkok.

Every time I come to Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. It's quite popular, and the location is decent. The views outside the hotel are lovely, so I'd recommend it. Most importantly, it's not noisy, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
