Excellent location, clean room and - what I really appreciated - quality fixtures which are always welcome with the noise of the city. Among the pros I would also include the availability of the owner, who I have never met, but he allowed me a fairly flexible check-in remotely. The poorly functioning shower head is not a big deal, ok. The fridge in the room is annoying, just unplug it and that's it. And if guests decide to rush out of the B&B at 3:30 in the morning making an unprecedented ******, slamming doors, speaking very loudly, it is objectively not the fault of the structure. However, if at 6:15 in the morning, right on time every morning, the neighbor in my room turns on the TV at unbearable volumes, acting as my alarm clock, well there is an obvious soundproofing problem. More than anything else, the thing that pushes me to write this review is another: I informed the kind owner that I am celiac, and if for breakfast (included in the price of the room) it was possible to get me something gluten-free. Not a claim, eh: I always travel with something edible with me. He tried to buy fresh produce, but failed. And I thank him for the attempt (but even buying biscuits and snacks at the supermarket would have been enough... which he didn't do). But he cannot leave the management of breakfast (and everything else) to a collaborator who barely speaks Italian and who is absolutely not informed. He tried to convince me that there was a gluten-free cake, I, not at all convinced that it was, insisted on checking better. The poor girl went down to the bar where she had purchased it and they confirmed that it was absolutely NOT gluten-free... Intolerances are a serious thing, and if I had been less careful I would have been sick. That's all. However, by the standards of the area, the structure has a good quality/price ratio.
