Jacuzzi Rooms

Breajfast was good, jacuzzi was great. Location was perfect. Bed was comfy. All around great place.

Absolutely incredible, wonderful location and truly welcoming hosts.

Had a nightmare of a time just getting inside. First they messaged me on WhatsApp to do an online check in including a selfie, which creeped me out. Then when I got there I learned that I needed to use the internet to unlock the doors. Problem was since I was traveling abroad I didn’t have service and there was no way to access the wifi until you get into the room. We ended up solving the problem by having my wife stay in the hallway in front of the apartment while I went to a nearby bookstore with wifi. If you don’t have international service or if you are traveling alone, you are screwed. If you accidentally leave your phone in the room and close the door, you are screwed. There is no staff, it is just some guy’s apartment and he is somewhat reachable by text. Once we finally did get inside, we found there was no toilet paper. After I sent three more texts about it, I was told where the secret stash is. Really ridiculous for that to be a problem. After all that, the other minor problems really bugged me. There are only two lights in the room and one was flickering. The TV remote is broken and hard to use. There was a bunch of trash in the wastepaper bin which made me wonder how often things really get cleaned. To the owner’s credit they did fix things when we complained. The room itself is cutely decorated, clean overall, and the jacuzzi tub was great (although weirdly it refused to drain, but that wasn’t a problem for us). Really the owner should stick to AirBnB and not list this as a hotel.

From the moment we arrived we were glad we'd chosen the Jacuzzi Rooms. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, everything was there you could need. Staff were so lovely, I looked forward to my chats in the mornings. Added bonus is the breakfast and snacks. So easy to get to any part of the city by metro or bus. Metro is literally 2mins walk from JR. I'd be over the moon to visit Roma again and wouldn't hesitate to book Jacuzzi Rooms.

We stayed at the Jacuzzi rooms for five nights. The apartment and the room was nicely and creatively decorated. The digital communication with the manager worked fine. We really enjoyed our stay in this lively area with several nice restaurants and bars.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel or your typical bed and breakfast. We never met the owner. Although they were very responsive via WhatsApp so make sure you have it installed. This is the main reason I have given them three stars. In walking distance to the Vatican. However, it was on a busy shopping street and the front door was well hidden. The entrance to the building is a grey door squished between two shops. There is no place for a taxi to drop you off and you are force to drag luggage through stalls setup on the sidewalk just to get to the front door. You must have internet access prior to arriving as this is the only way to get into the building, the apartment door on the 5th floor, or the room once you arrive. Once you enter the building there is a tiny elevator with a max of 2 people to get up there. There was no deadbolt or any other kind of lock on inside of the door, simply a handle with Wi-Fi knob on the handle outside in the hall. The decor was cute. Finding a comfortable place to sit was a challenge. The bed rolls under the big lips and the bedspread is thin and barely covers the bed. We couldn’t even completely cover ourselves when sleeping. Plugs are lacking and two of the three we found weren’t working. The shower barely fits one person and has no shelf to put anything on. The breakfast offered is only a couple croissants whether you go to the bar or wait for them to be delivered around 8:30. The mini fridge was lacking as well.
