有一説一有二説二：
整體環境不錯，景色也很棒，船屋有特色，還有小沙地供小朋友玩耍（但有幾個設施壞了）。
蚊子特別特別特別特別多，而且是小黑蚊，説實話，噴了驅蚊液管用，但不是特別管用，家人都躲在屋裡不敢出門，小朋友出去玩，噴了驅蚊液也還是被叮，有點兒尷尬。
早餐非常非常非常的簡單，能吃飽，但僅此而已。
適合開車，沒車就算了，不方便。

很有特色的船屋民宿，位置稍微有點偏僻，但是開車很方便。定了人生海海和長者與海兩間房，在同一條船上，需要從船頭船尾分別入户。房間挺乾淨的，並且很安靜，衹能聽到窗外的知了叫聲。送了早餐，我跟老公起床晚，我爸媽去吃完，客房小姐姐還貼心的把我和老公的兩份打包好帶走。還有茶園自產的茶葉當伴手禮。

一開始去酒店的路上還以為走錯了地方，結果穿過大片農田之後，眼前忽然一亮，門口有大木船，旁邊停車很方便，院子裏也可以停車有專人負責看管。一走進院子，前台小姑娘出來迎接，主動幫忙拿行李，介紹酒店大概情況。院子裏環境實在是美，有酒店自己的茶園，葡萄園，一步一景很適合拍照，船屋特別有趣，孩子非常喜歡，我們住的整艘船就是一套房也有兩套房一艘船的會便宜一些，前後甲板就是前後陽台，內部裝修是原生態的風格，衞生間有智能馬桶自帶紫外線消毒，很安心。前台小王服務絕對一流，專業有耐心，非常好，離開酒店時還特意送了我們自產的茶。酒店內部有一個專門做團建的餐廳，食材雖然簡單但是原生態的，老闆人很好，想吃什麼可以提前告訴他，會幫忙準備。酒店距離森林公園開車三到五分鐘。

酒店的環境不錯，每個房間都是船型的小別墅，服務員很熱情周到，酒店內那個茶園也很有特色，進酒店的路口比較小容易錯過，早餐一般，能吃飽。

設計和環境都非常棒，小朋友們愛的不行。茶園裡的小設計很多，出片也值得走走。整個園區還在完善，
去的時候可能不巧，沒有采摘品茶類的活動。衞生的細節還需要細緻些，整體瑕不掩瑜～
離吳家台很近，吃飯買東西都蠻方便。
老闆很大氣的給升級了房間，送行的小姐姐也熱情可愛，打着傘一直送到車上。
親子出遊的好地方，希望越來越好，會再來～

房間也已經提過建議了，趕在五一前一天訂的花築船屋，也是看了一年多終於有時間來一體驗一次。也許是我們來的時機不對，晚上九點從威海過來歇腳，去的路上走了一段村路沒有燈光挺嚇人。入住幾經折騰斷電，孩子也挺害怕，後期有人員也給處理了。整體價格偏貴，民宿沒服務，設施和我們住的同等價位五星級四星級酒店都差不多，但是裏面差好多呀！衞生清潔一般，內部有臭蟲蟲子，但是民宿人員説周圍是茶園，八年沒噴灑過農葯了。特別希望能殺殺房間的蟲子😂好在外面環境好，感受和酒店不一樣。很希望可以節假日價格低點，服務設施都跟上。做點周邊產品。
