The hotel is comfortable and generally good value for money. Room was big and the bedding was very good. The bathroom was a bit old and sometimes had a pipes smell which was unpleasant. The downside is really the location - Al Bat’ha neighborhood is very bad, lots of trash and old buildings, streets are packed with immigrant workers strolling around. Not a very nice place to be in.

The hotel is very new, but the room is small, the cleanliness is very high, the room is in a general water condition. The breakfast in the restaurant tastes good, the fruit is fresh, and the service attitude is excellent. The traffic location is average, but Riyadh public transportation still has a lot of work to do, call the online car-hailing.
