We stayed two days in a row. From the price setting, of course, we should be treated as a VIP. After I made a reservation with a price of 90,000 per day, but I was completely betrayed. The sofa in the room on the 4th floor of Island Inn Rishiri is on the verge of disposal, and the sleeping comfort of the bed was very bad, and it seemed that I tossed and turned over many times. In the shared open-air bath, Lot of bugs and hair were floating around, and the dinner and breakfast were exactly the same as the cheaper tour group. Now that I have finished my trip to Hokkaido, I feel very angry about hotel price.

We were able to enjoy the taste of Hokkaido at the sea urchin buffet for breakfast and dinner. The room is not new, but it is clean and has a good view of either the sea or Rishirifuji. The location was convenient for using the local bus.

確か2020年のことでしたが、中国人団体客のキャンセルがあり、今後、ホテルを維持してゆくことが難しいので休業するとの連絡を受けて、利尻島迄の飛行機代金の半額を自腹を切ってキャンセルした苦い経験がありました。 今回、ネット経由でホテルに直接予約しましたが、初日は80,000円、翌日は 90,000円 (いずれも平日料金)とのことでした。当然、VIP扱いを受けるものと 考えていましたが、夕食も、朝食も、安い団体客と同じ扱いでしたので、完全に裏切られた形です。 更に、鍵を渡された、アイランド・イン・リシリ４階の部屋のソファーは、廃棄寸前のもの、ベットの寝心地は非常に悪く、何回も大きく寝返りする様でした。共同露天風呂には、アリの死骸や髪の毛が、浮いていました。何故に高額の料金を支払ってまでも、そこに泊まらねばならなったか、北海道旅行を終えた今は、腹立たしい想いです。 今回、従業員の愛想はよく、この点は評価できますが、いくら離島で夏のハイシーズンとは言え、設備を改善する意欲も全くなく、団体旅行に主眼をおいて、料金に見合った設備やサービスのないところには、これからは利用を避けたいと思います。旅行後に分かったことですが、同じ利尻島に、最近、大幅なリフォーム工事をしたホテルがあったことを知り、残念な気持ちで一杯です。

温泉は期待外れでした。大浴場には３種類の浴槽があるのですが、天然温泉は１か所だけでした。露天風呂は地下水利用で温泉ではなく、眺望も良くありませんでした。 食事は期待以上でした。夕食は、ビュッフェしか選択できなかったのですが、お造り、メイン料理等は会席のように提供され美味しかったです。ビュッフェも種類が多く美味しかったです。ただ、会場が狭く、隣席と引っ付いた状態。16時にチェックインしたのに夕食の時間は18:30と指定されました=団体優先のようです。

利尻礼文の旅という事で2泊しました。 食事はビュッフェのみで利尻特有のウニなど小鉢てほんのちょっとだけで残念。せっかくの旅行なのですから、せめて別料金でウニなどスペシャルなお食事を楽しめたら良かったなと思いました。あとはワインやシャンパンなともう少しレベルの高い品があれば良かったです。ツアー向けのホテルだと難しいのかもしれませんが。 従業員の方はみなさんとても親切で優しい方ばかりでした。とくにレストランのスタッフさんは気遣いがすばらしかったです
