Lovely central location of airbnb, we had the top flat (number 10) which was spacious with everything you could’ve needed. Check in & checkout was organised with plenty of details about what to do and who to contact if any issues arose during the stay.

This was a very central location which made walking very easy to shop and visit different local points of interest.
The locks on the front door and the apar**ent door were very difficult and frustrating to operate which caused us considerable anxiety.
When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the restroom and no light above the kitchen area. Communication was difficult because it was hard to find the correct email address for the host.
This place was OK in a pinch and rather expensive.

Very well telephon supported by Maria when arriving. The apoar**ent is complet! You find every thing you may need. Wifi works bery good! Very well placed. You reach the most places in down town walking!!! More informations could be available by the owners to income gasts, such as: Supermarkt, there os a 1011 three blocks away!! Licqour story. City Maps. Excurtions Flyers. Price is a little to high. In general it is a good choise!!!!

This would have been a great stay— the apar**ent was well appointed and in a very walkable part of the city. But I was traveling alone and in the morning someone typed in the key code to the room and started to open the door. I came to the door and said “who is it?” But the person never answered and dashed down th hallway and exited the building. This made me feel pretty unsafe there and unsafe leaving my things in the room when I went out. If it was staff then I think it’s important they identify themselves to guests if there’s a mistaken entry, and if not staff then I think the door codes are not very secure which is concerning. Ultimately this ruined my stay and I would not stay there again.

Very good beds. Well equipped mini kitchen and good standard. Location in the middle of Smørøj. Easy communication with accommodation and code for front door and room sent in good time.
When we arrived, the trash from the previous guest had not been emptied, so the small buckets under the sink quickly filled up. In addition, there was a lot of dust and dormouse on the floor (especially under the beds).
Information about the apar**ent at ********** was not completely up to date (e.g. no airport shuttle or 24-hour reception), but the host clarified this quite quickly on Mail.
In summary; If you want to live in an apar**ent in central Reykjavik, you will get good value for money here.

Excellent location near the city center. Own. Spacious and functional sanitary/bathroom. Bedding in good condition. Bright despite the basement location thanks to the good size windows. Very secure thanks to access codes sent just before arrival. Excellent WiFi connection. To deplore: a lack of kitchen equipment. Ex: a single small spoon and a single saucepan for...2 corkscrews!!!. This can be easily remedied and does not affect the quality of the accommodation.
