It is very well located opposite Niagara Falls Airport. Perfect choice of stay if you were going to the industrial area. A peaceful town with nice hotel. Breakfast was typical , with a surprise of beacon available. 😍

For the name I expected a decent hotel as I have experienced in the past. This time, it was worse, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, a terrible patch job with the hole in the wall where the shower rod was once before; the shower rod being held together with black tape; no hot water for a day (apparently due to some leak); dirty mirrors, floors…I was not happy. I tried to complain to Holiday Inn (the main company but they would not take my complaint because I didn’t book directly with them).

I used it while on a business trip and was able to have a perfect day during my business trip. I plan to use them again on my next business trip and thank you for the excellent service.

TV in my room did not work. Went to the desk 4 times. They blamed the cable box but did nothing to assist.
The breakfast was well done and service staff was very nice.

The customer service was amazing especially Lynette she was amazing. Never been at at Hotel with such an amazing person. All other staff were great as well. Breakfast was awesome

Beds were comfortable, pillows were good. Breakfast was good.
Cleanliness of the room was not good, lots of dust on the floor lamp, dusty by microwave, side/base of bed was dirty (visible plaster of something)…cleaning needs improvement!!!
Three people checked in and there was only one coffee cup and two coffees in our room. The body lotion was empty which tells us it was previously used by another guest…tissue box was completely empty, not even one tissue!
Normally Holiday Inns are good, including this location, was surprised by the condition of the room.

Staff was friendly. However renovations should be made on the place our bathroom ceeling was peeling and even the exterior of the hotels lobby walls needs to be fixed.
