We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The manager Sasha went above and beyond to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a smart tv. There was also a daily happy hour that we enjoyed. The location was also very easy to walk to the city Center. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic hotel with great engaging staff who show you around the hotel and explain everything when you arrive. The hotel provides drinks, milk tea and a coffee with a coffee maker in the the room. Downstairs there is a really nice hang out area with a complementary happy hour and tea, coffee and sweets. The decor is very moody and is unique from any other hotel I've stayed in. A huge amount of detail is paid to ensuring presentation is on point. There are nice views from most rooms and the location is nice and close to the middle of town. The only disappointment was $20 to use a carpark. That being said, there is plenty of on street parking if required.

1. I originally wanted to book a suite hotel across the street. Finally, we booked this hotel because of its garden and breakfast room.

The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very nice, it has a great sense of design, and a good location. You can walk to various places, but parking is a bit troublesome. There are five parking spaces in front of the hotel, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Very clean spacious room with a lovely small balcony with views of the gondola. Nice decor and lots of unexpected freebies. Free soft drinks, crisps, popcorn, and chocolate covered marshmallow fish.
There is a happy hour between 5 and 6 with everything free including beers and wine, plus a platter of snacks including cold meats, cheeses, olives, sun-dried tomato, pickles, bread, cashew nuts, peanuts, and an assortment of confectionery.
We were made very welcome at check-in and everything was explained to us.
There is a car parking charge of $20, which is well worth it, but there are only 5 spaces available. On street parking is available near the hotel, but we didn't see a free space during our 2 night stay.
