房間挺好的，很乾凈衞生，隔音也很好，服務員説新換了隔音窗户，住起來特別安靜舒適。酒店還有提供免費口罩，還設定了一米線，疫情期間讓人住起來會感到安心。如果臨時要辦公處理個文件什麼的，他們也有一台電腦提供！還有免費花茶！推薦入住

位置優越交通便利，出門右轉就是公交車站，走路幾分鐘就到了，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，前台服務態度很好，響應很及時，還贈送了早餐，早餐品種也多，擺盤超級漂亮，看着就很有食慾，個人覺得性價比很高！

給五星好評贈送早餐還延遲退房哦！但這家漢庭優佳是確實不錯，位置也好就在萬達正對面，七樓有個很大的天台，還有一些花草，忘記拍了，洗衣房和健身房也在七樓，曬衣服很方便，天台可以晚上泡泡茶，喝個小酒聊聊天，看着夜景特別舒服，前台服務特別熱情，會特意介紹房間，房間裏面有免費的茶葉和小點心，空間比較大，也很乾凈，沐浴露味道我很喜歡，不會給人那種刺鼻廉價的感覺，謝謝贈送的早餐，很豐富，味道很好，強烈推薦

酒店住了2晚，第二天下午感覺全身有點癢，以為是碰到了什麼，當天晚上的凌晨去了急診拿葯，但是睡了第二晚起來發現全身紅腫更嚴重，退房時隨便問了有沒有其他顧客住的過敏，前台回覆沒有。回去的路上我問了攜程客服住酒店過敏怎麼處理，酒店的一位男性經理讓我聯繫他們，打了電話説讓我去看病，他們報銷我的費用。當時覺得企業還不錯，沒想到，今天6.2我反饋我看病的狀況，酒店回覆的意思是出於人道主義給我報銷幾十塊，然後顛倒黑白過程，確實人心險惡，明明一開始酒店自己答應給我全額報銷，現在搞這個，漢庭酒店，我也回力爭到底，這個態度，差評，絕對0差評！

房間設施不是很新。衞生還可以很整齊。乾淨。早餐要步行再上1層到7樓。有個小天才挺漂亮，晚上可以在那喝茶聊天乘涼，而且有健身房，洗衣房也很好。特別要強調的是這家漢庭前台服務很好。特別是前台的服務員，服務非常熱情周到。

位置很方便，離西街不遠，對面是萬達廣場，周邊吃很多。前台服務禮貌熱情周到，使人對泉州的第一印象就非常好。房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，客房衞生做得很仔細。頂樓是個露台，種滿花草，有涼亭桌子甚至還有秋千，晚上坐着很舒服。健身房和洗衣房也在頂樓。
