Hotels near Sephora, Qingdao

The room was not cleaned when I checked in, so I had to wait for more than ten minutes. Fortunately, there was a coffee machine and tea in the lobby, so I didn't feel bored while waiting. The room is moderately spacious, and the parent-child room is enough for three people. Although the room was just cleaned, the floor of the bathroom was very dry, and there was no trace of cleaning, which proved that the ventilation was very good. The drinks in the minibar are free, and the mineral water has been increased according to the number of guests, which is a good point! The hotel has supper at night, you can drink porridge and eat buns, which is a feature; for breakfast, although the restaurant food area is not large, the products are exquisite and there are many kinds of food.

The view outside the window is beautiful both during the day and at night. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright, and the whole family is happy together. The service is very good, and there are robots to help deliver food to your door when you order takeout, which is very friendly.

Facilities: good, Hygiene: very clean good environment first rate service On the second night of my stay, there was a slight noise in the room I booked in the morning. I was a light sleeper and told the front desk. As a result, the front desk took the trouble to help me change rooms and opened several rooms for me to choose from. Although in the end, I didn't select it, but because of the service quality at the front desk, I will stay in Fuxin next time I come to Qingdao. When I checked out, they helped me deliver my luggage to the car that was parked far away and notified the doorman in time to let me go for free. Now I can have such good service. There are not many hotels left, I am very satisfied

Really great location and the amenities include a kitchenette and washing machine which was really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and is nested in a residential building, there are three separate receptions for different hotels in the building all on the ground floor. Couldn't really connect to the smart home systems due to not having a Chinese number but it's a common problem across China. The reception team is friendly and there is luggage storage post check out.

Overall stay was very good. The hotel staff is nice, room was fairly clean. Maybe it’s slow season, the staff all look a bit sluggish. They are either not prepared to answer questions or don’t know how to answer questions. On their website it says they have airport shuttle service with added fee, when I asked them they look dumbfounded. Breakfast was tasteless, nothing was very good. The room I had had dirty windows, and a broken fridge. The hotel staff was nice to put my things in their front desk fridge. Other than that everything else was nice.

This is a mixed review for me. On one hand, we paid for a Seaview that had a building blocking 80% of our view. When we asked to change rooms, they gave us a run around and told us to deal with it. We contacted ctrip, and quickly got a room with a better view. From that point they were pretty kind and courteous. Afterwards, we went to the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel. We could only stay there an hour as they were closing. My girlfriend and I had one beer apiece, along with two plates of cold kebabs as they didn’t want to heat anything else. We would have eaten more, but there was no food. When the bill came, it was 572. That was surprising to say the least. Throughout the days to come, we realize that all of the restaurants were quite expensive. So when we looked at their room service selection, we were happy as it appeared to be less expensive. Each meal, we bought no more than 300 worth. And we only ate four times while we were there. The bill came out to 4300. I don’t know where their additional expenses came from. The hotel offered quite a few amenities, but we were busy exploring the city. Please not they have very slow room service. However, besides our initial interaction, all of the staff were kind and warm, It is therefore that I say that it was a mixed review. And I hope that this helps someone when deciding to stay.

Location was great (2-3 min walk from metro) and very near to tourist attractions (good for night walks, about 20 min walk to may 4th square with many roadside food stalls and restaurants available / 1 metro stop to may 4th square). Service was great and meticulous. Towels were all in disinfected packaging. Only downside was that they only had 2 lifts and we had to wait really long just to go back / come down from our room as the lift will stop at most levels on the way.

We booked this hotel due to the great reviews on Trip.com and we’re not disappointed. Our concierge Evan 小尹 upgraded us a room with a much better view from our room of the sea and the hills. He also checked in with us regularly to ask if we needed any assistance throughout the trip. Bedding was super comfy and room was spacious. The trip.com description and photos of the room were on point. Location was great, located next to Haitian Mall and close by to the 3rd bathing beach area. Would come back again!

The comfort level is good, the atmosphere is good, the environment is very good, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, it is very convenient to go anywhere you want to play, the Mixc is nearby, you can go shopping when it rains, and you can borrow an umbrella when it rains, but you need to deposit 100, but it will not be collected, it will be refunded when you return the umbrella. This is not your top five-star hotel, if that's what you're after. I've seen much better ones. BUT, I somehow had the best swimming beach vacation since 1975 at this hotel. Problems: 1) worn-out towels: 2) no clothing cupboard; 3) no bathrobes; 4) smallish room size; 5) noone speaks English at the check-in desk 6) no in-room safe. Havingg said that, I REALLY enjoyed a simple swimming beach vacation at this holiday. They clean up my room when I asked them to; They don't bother you when you're there; they're friendly when you check in or out. And there's a common refrigerator at the check-in desk if you really need to have your food to be preserded for a couple of days. One problem: DIDi cars have a hard time accessing you: the road outside the Hoel is pretty much heavily-used, so get ready to facing difficulties when getting to your DIDI ride... Overall, a very positive outlook. Will definitely come again Positives: 1) Great Location.
