Opposite is the ”Qingdao Post and Telecommunications Museum”. It is also close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. It is less than 1.5 kilometers away from the heavyweight attraction Naval Museum. It is not difficult to walk there. There are many other small attractions, Internet celebrity check-in spots, and characteristic blocks around here, which are very playable. 2⃣️The hotel has a strong sense of age. The room is located on the top 9th floor. The parent-child room is large enough. I was a little nervous when I saw the note that there was a wall blocking the view before booking. After checking in, I found that it was just the building opposite the hotel's own circular structure that was partially blocked. The distant coastline scenery is still very eye-catching. It is facing the hemispherical building ”Dream Sea World” and other buildings in the pier scenic area. It can be regarded as a sea view room. You can also see the Customs Building not far away. Because there is a clock on each side of the arrow tower on the top of the building, the children insisted that it was the Big Ben of the UK. They kept talking about it countless times in two days, which was a fun thing to stay in. 3⃣️The decoration in the room is relatively old-fashioned, but the bedding is excellent, and the whole family has a very good sleep for two nights. The free drinks include 6 bottles of Laoshan mineral water per day, which is the highest quantity I have ever encountered when staying in a hotel. In addition, a one-time free drink and water gift package is provided after check-in, including two cans of beer, a bottle of Oriental Leaves and a bottle of Laoshan White Snake Grass Water (I can't remember the name), this combination is very eye-catching. In addition, the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, which is not standard according to the hotel level, which is very good. The only drawback is that the washroom is a bit cramped, the basin area is small, the hair dryer is a little worse, the toilet button light facilities are a bit old and not very flexible, the shower is standard, the water temperature is stable and the water flow is slightly flat. The service is very good. It was less than 12 o'clock on the day of check-in and extended to 2 o'clock on the day of check-out. 4⃣️No evaluation is made without experience of breakfast. There are free stamps at the front desk of the hotel for those who like to collect stamps. Finally, I would like to focus on the ”Health Station” set up in the hotel lobby. It is a lounge. Different from the rest areas of other hotels, this is a closed room. Guests can enter by swiping their room cards. There are massage chairs, blood pressure monitors, and water dispenser lights inside. The two days of my stay coincided with the company's temporary limited time, and I had to work overtime every night. At this moment, this ”Health Station” was tailor-made for me. There was no one at night. I went in and connected the laptop to the meeting directly, accompanied by drinks and melon seeds for entertainment. It was really comfortable and invincible. It was the most comfortable time for me to work overtime outside. Objectively speaking, the price premium for holiday stays is higher, but in terms of personal experience, it can be said that the good impression is overwhelming, so I try to write it in more detail for later reference.

The staffs regardless at the reception or the restaurant is very nice & caring. It's breakfast is great. For me is better than 4 star hotel that we have stayed in terms of taste & certain item u can't find in them. We have lunch & breakfast there in their famous restaurant. Location is located at walking distance to St.Michael Cathedral & Zhangqiao Pier... Room amenities offered better than what 5 stars will offered...However the bathroom is a bit tiny for us. You can refer to it, but you can’t take it all in faith. After comparison, I am still very satisfied; 3. Room type: The 2.4 large bed is very comfortable for a baby to sleep on, much more comfortable than the 1.8. When booking, pay attention to the fact that the room is 15 square meters. You should have psychological expectations. It is normal for the bed to be large and the room to be small. If you have too many needs, you can choose a better sea view room; 4. Environment: The hotel has free parking and can help with parking. Humidity is normal when living by the sea. Overall, it is recommended. Choose a room that suits you according to your needs.

It was our first time in Qingdao, and we really enjoyed our stay at 青岛海天大酒店 :) We initially booked a sea view room with twin beds for our trip. Upon reaching the hotel, we asked Crystal Zhao, our hotel concierge on whether a room with a king bed was available. She then readily helped us to arrange for a better room with a king bed. It might have been a coincidence, but the room number that Crystal assigned us also matched my birthday and that made it more special! Throughout the stay, crystal also checked in on us via WeChat daily, and arranged for gifts and fruits to be sent to our room. Service was top notch, the room was clean, and we had an amazing view. Thank you!

The comfort level is good, the atmosphere is good, the environment is very good, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, it is very convenient to go anywhere you want to play, the Mixc is nearby, you can go shopping when it rains, and you can borrow an umbrella when it rains, but you need to deposit 100, but it will not be collected, it will be refunded when you return the umbrella. Two cards will be given when you check in, the room card and the electricity card are separate, which is very convenient. You can insert the electricity card in the room and go out, because you need to swipe the room card to take the elevator, so even if there are two people and there are people in the room, remember to bring the room card! My mother & I stayed here overnight as we had a quick layover in Qingdao; however, I wish we could’ve stayed here longer because the services & amenities were wonderful! The lovely front desk & lobby employees were very knowledgeable and went above & beyond to make our experience as positive as possible. Check in was very smooth & they also helped answer any questions we had. After a long day of traveling, being greeted so kindly was absolutely appreciated. In tandem with this, one lobby employee went above & beyond to help bring our stuff to our room; although we did not catch her name, her humility was very heartwarming. In addition to this, our room was very clean and items like towels & slippers were all clearly disinfected. They also provided amenities that we utilized such as free laundry, water, and bathroom items that contributed to a comfortable stay. In the morning, we also had breakfast here which was phenomenal. Once more, the staff was extremely helpful & the food was fantastic. I wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else next time we come back to Qingdao!

Overall stay was very good. The hotel staff is nice, room was fairly clean. Maybe it’s slow season, the staff all look a bit sluggish. They are either not prepared to answer questions or don’t know how to answer questions. On their website it says they have airport shuttle service with added fee, when I asked them they look dumbfounded. Breakfast was tasteless, nothing was very good. The room I had had dirty windows, and a broken fridge. The hotel staff was nice to put my things in their front desk fridge. Other than that everything else was nice.

The location is pretty fantastic, coupled with the spring weather makes this unbeatable. Just remember there are only 3 elevators, so it could be a wait sometimes. There is no centralized a/c like big brand hotels, so expect big climatic shifts when you leave your room and go to the corridor. And the plumbing can be well dodgy (see pic). Buuuut, the great news, it's next to Mix C mall which has Park in The Sky, a really nice cheezy roof top garden. What better place to slurp your cocktail (the bar is next to it) and take in the georgeous spring weather minus the crowds at dusk (pics). Get so comfy you'll probably fall asleep on the grounds, which is ok as your next to your room!!

Lovely location right by the main esplanade. About a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. Sound insulation was great. The room was a lot bigger than expected, and facilities inside the room all functioning. I was even upgraded to a sea facing room. Bed is comfortable as well are the shower facilities. Overall great stay. Highly recommend for business/family travellers alike.

The hotel was a great choice! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Check in and check out is speedy. The staff is very respectful and friendly! The room is spacious and the bed is like a cloud. Breakfast is rich and there are many different varieties of both Western and Chinese cuisine. There is a beach across the street. I traveled with a baby and they brought her free toys every single day to make sure she had something new to play with each day. Thank you, Seaview Garden Hotel! I hope to stay again!
