房子不錯的，距離市中心景點都很近。兩個卧室都挺寬敞的。周圍還有個市場，裡邊賣東西的很多，很方便，也平價。旅遊旺季這個價格也可以接受。兩個一孩家庭可以拼住也不錯的。再多備點生活用品就好了，一次性的浴巾一次性毛巾還有蚊香液什麼的，屋裡打死三個蚊子，晚上咬了我幾口，沒有休息太好。總體來説挺好的。位置佳，面積大。房主人挺好，挺熱情的。

小區位置不錯，離很多景點都是不遠，房東考慮的非常周到，家裡洗澡燒水方便，房間裝修精緻，一看就是房東當年精心設定的，榻榻米很大，孩子玩的很開心，比較匆忙忘記拍圖片了，總之，住着很舒服

第一次帶父母和孩子來青島玩，這家民宿位置真好，門口很方便，去啤酒博物館很近走路就到啦。其他景點基本上兩三公里打車很方便的，像家一樣温馨整潔。榻榻米很大可以睡兩個大人兩個小孩不會覺得擠。老闆注意事項都會告知得很詳細，超細心。東西挺齊全的，冰箱洗衣機什麼都有，入住也很方便，好像回家一樣的感覺，在市區住到這樣的民宿很開心，我們玩的也很開心，門口菜場那邊的大排檔超好吃還很便宜呢。打卡雙合園餐廳步行就可以到很近。真的很推薦喲，帶長者小孩就是圖方便位置絕佳！

選的這家民宿收拾的很温馨很舒適，房間乾淨整潔，有家的感覺，交通也方便，距離旅遊景點也很近。其次小區旁邊有個很大的便民市場（聽説是青島的網紅便民市場，裏面東西很多，也不貴）樓下也有很多好吃的地方，離啤酒街步行就過去了，還有還有房東超級好，很熱情，有什麼事讓我都可以問她，還給我發了她的獨家度假旅遊攻略，總之很滿意～

全家出遊，找了好久定了這家，密碼鎖入住方便，房子收拾的很乾凈，停車很也便宜，旁邊就是菜市場，出行有公交，挺方便的，房東也有耐心，以後有機會來還會考慮的

位置很好打車去景點都很方便，屋裡乾淨整潔適合一家人居住，房東回覆信息很快，有問題能及時解決。就是有一點屋裡有蚊子，希望房東夏天可以備點防蚊液之類的東西。

雖然提供免費停車位，但是很難停車，本來自駕累了一天，停車又停了半個多小時，房主衹通過微信指揮，對於外地人我覺得服務差了一點點。
