For my kiddos yes the hotel is friendly kid to them..so many facilities for kids. but not for me..I'm lost everytime I go to the lobby hotel..so many wing.the hotel is not clean.so much dust,blanket dirty toilet smell not good.

Advantages:
1. Huge territory
2. Easy access to Marina Putrajaya
3. Swimming pools(but shallow), gym
Disadvantages:
1. Very slow check in with really strange questions(did you book one room, only one room for a couple??)
2. Old and dirty towels, i forced personnel to replace them, but it took about an hour
In general, would recommend to stay here

The hotel is really five star service. The accommodation is really satisfying. Just one thing, the water faucet in the bathroom is a bit slow. The rest is good.

We stayed here for 1 night. Check in was ok, its school holidays so the queue was a lil bit long. Our room was clean & amazing as it was recently renovated. Kids pool was crowded as expected. My kids enjoy the kids club. We are a bit disspointed with the buffet breakfast as we need to queue for quite sometime and when we finally got it, some of the food were already finished..

The hotel is nice but a bit outdated The service at restaurants is very poor during breakfast no one came and clear our plate from stating till we finish not only our table others too
I inform front staff to check on shower is very very slow and no pressure water the next day wen I using still the same no one came and check wish is very bad I don’t recommend this place to others
