Seven Hills Hotel

What went wrong? Practically everything: 1. Despite arriving at 1:00 pm for the 12:00 pm check-in, we weren't allocated a room until 3:30 pm due to unpreparedness. Upon inspection, the initially promised room wasn't ready either, as the door handle was dysfunctional. 2. The ongoing construction lent an unpleasant ambiance with plaster patches, broken corridors, and pervasive construction debris. 3. Room quality was subpar, featuring damp patches, bed bucks and a musty odor. The air conditioning unit was filthy, seemingly untouched for ages. 4. Rather than addressing our concerns, staff attempted to upsell higher-category rooms, an ineffective sales tactic. 5. An inconvenient 8:00 am checkout time added to the frustration, despite our late check-in due to traveling with elderly relatives. Silver linings: 1. Despite ***agerial shortcomings, frontline staff were accommodating, extending a late checkout until 12:00 pm, earning commendation for their efforts. 2. The onsite dining experience offered decent fare at affordable rates, with attentive staff willing to accommodate special requests. Unfortunately, positives end there.

On call and on WhatsApp chat they have decided the rates and once I will reach hotel they have over charged 500 rupees per room,I was following up with these people from past 1 year for the money back which they have committed at the time of checkout itself that once the shift person will be back to the hotel, they will initiate the refund,but after multiple followups also i didn't get my money back,I have all the chats and discussion with me ,cheaters

This was my second visit at Seven Hills Puri. It was really bad. The service was terrible, and they charged us for basic things like ice cubes and baby food. We tried calling the ***ager, but she didn't respond. The first visit was great, but this one was a huge disappoin**ent.

Before planning the trip, we had our own apprehensions regarding, the hotel, but the reviews helped. I hope my review will help someone else to be confident to book the SEVEN HILLS. 1st- the hotel rooms, clean, spacious, hygiene rooms, bed, everything. The staff is helpful, no delays in getting the things done. 2nd- the restaurant- yummy food,be patient for the cooking nd preparation time they take- you won't be disappointed. Most importantly the staff of the restaurant from the ***aging team, to the kind ,smiling staff who helps you to get your food served, making sure your eating experience is fabulous. Staff: I feel this section deserves to be elaborated the most. The staffs here are extremely humble & polite. Hands down this place has hands down one of the best hospitality. Literally everyone in the hotel is extremely polite. The staffs helped us plan our days, book cabs to & fro inside the city, took care of any special requests that we had. They had special customs like greeting with flowers at the time of check-in & giving us soaked towels for refreshing us after an outing in a long sunny day. Special mentions to Badal, Soumya & Monika here. Highly responsive team. Food: My parents avoided eating out so that they could have lunch/dinner here. The food felt homely(not too much masala & oil). Again very humble team & the chef. They would talk to us about our days, would ask for feedback & special requests if any. Even for in-room dining, they would clear the plates & tables as soon. Room: The hotel has recently started its operations. We booked a room for 3 adults.Huge room and the washroom. Housekeeping is on point and timely. Location: It’s ~2Kms from all the major places like Jagannath temple, beaches etc. I saw it’s boards in multiple places to be able to locate easily. As I entered the property, it felt like the best choice so well maintained . Then We were all welcomed the traditional way with 'tika' and flowers and a welcome drink which was a refreshing freshly squeezed juice . The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are huge in size with all the amenities of a 5 star. Our room had a plate of fruits complimentary . The bathrooms are huge and luxurious . The beds are very nice and comfortable. The cupboards are spacious and comes with safety locker installed. The hotel offers in house contact of a person who will assist you with Jagannath puri temple darshan seamlessly. The entire staff is very helpful and assist you with everything . Food is so amazing and tasty . They have the best in house chef and serving staff offering such a nice hospitality that anyone will fall in love with it. We are absolutely touched by the stay ..they even served us with a refreshing farewell drink as it was too hot outside . I highly recommend it as a very good option if you are looking for a luxury stay experience in puri .

We had the Reunion of our Batch recently at Puri and stayed at hotel Seven Hills. We all had the most amazing time here. The hotel staff is amazing, they all are very courteous and eager to help. Whatever we asked for was quickly delivered. It is a new hotel, so some places are still getting ready, but our stay here was worth it. Food is great, was served hot and was yummy. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to the staff of Seven Hills for making it a memorable event for all of us

Lovely place and great hospitality, perfect holiday destination and decent a**osphere to spend quality time. Warm hospitality by the professional staffs, Room is spacious and clean Also it's an good place for weddings and social functions . 👍👍💯💯👨‍👩‍👦

its a abonded building without safty on fire.. next to every room dich is available which the door open and smell. old room noicey AC Low roof some were suitable for me as a single. Shop Material are very costly on cheep quality 2 days stayed against 3day plan out side city & only reseption good you can stay long time then room.. green water swim pool always under maintenance not worth to stay on hard earn money.
