very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

By far the best accommodation, best food, top service and cozy beach in Cap Cana. Pool villas are my favourite accomodation. The friendly staff will make you feel like at home and make sure your stay will be unforgettable. Unique experience to share with family, friends or solo.

Wilson our waiter at Eden Roc is the best waiter I have ever seen in my life. Always smiling, happy, helping us. Such a wonderful professional. I had also a special concierge and she was also perfect. All the staff is 10!!!!.................

Our first trip to the Dominican Republic could not have been any more delightful. The staff at Eden Roc made us feel like royalty. From the seamless pick up at the airport, ease of check-in, fabulous accommodations, personal concierge service for Orlando (who set up my fabulous round of golf at Punta Espada), pristine beach and outstanding food, we could not ask for anything more. This truly was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations. We stayed at a beachside room and enjoyed the gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. Every meal was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed breakfast every morning thanks to Esmeralda and Meylinda at Blue. They greeted us with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of. You must also dine at La Palapa and ask for Carlos. He was a joy to interact with for every meal. For anyone looking to have a low stress, relaxing vacation to recharge, this is the place. The entire staff makes sure that you are well taken care of and don’t have to lift a finger.

I am leaving tomorrow but we had an amazing time at this property,there is no bad side to our stay. Check in was flawless with the butlers melvin and sara checking in whatever we needed,great service but doesn’t feel intrusive. We had a maintenance issue but they resolved it quickly and we didn’t even notice. Food at eden roc is excellent all throughout the property. Palapa,blue,beach club,room service and mediterraneo are all 10/10. We will be back whenever is possible.

Jendry was the absolute best! He was super attentive and had a huge personality and made the trip a blast for me and my wife on our honeymoon! The food is extremely tasty and the drinks are made to perfection! If you come to Eden ROC, find Jendry!

My husband and I stayed at Eden Roc Cap Cana for the first time early July 2024 and we cannot wait to return. We wanted a resort that can be accessed by direct flight, offers golf and spa, and is located in the Caribbean. Our travel agent recommended Eden Roc Cap Cana and we are so glad she did! The resort is fairly small (60 rooms versus 200 at Four Seasons Bahamas) and offers an intimate feel, while still being spread out. July is considered the off season so it was less crowded compared to high season (weather was not too hot, 88/90 degrees daily with breeze). We did not bring our kids but we will for our next visit as it is incredibly family/kid friendly (two kid centers, nanny service, etc.). The cuisine at every restaurant onsite is superb - delicious, gourmet and healthy. The golf course is gorgeous and beautiful - it was not unbearably challenging, which made it more enjoyable for me as someone who is not a regular golfer. We visited the spa twice and spent every day at the beach and pool which are next to each other. The staff is professional, welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We truly cannot rave about this place any more. It is only 25 mins from the Punta Cana airport which is another plus. Highly recommend to both couples and families.

All three restaurants are terrific, the serving team at the beach is ideal (led by the always cheerful Wilson), and the villas are private and charming. The best aspects of Eden Roc are Dominican — the staff, the scenery, and the weather. Can’t wait to come back.

The private villas are palatial, the resort setting beautiful but what makes the place memorable is the people especially the entire team at the beach club. Second espresso martini in and we’re already one big happy family! Special mention to Juan Luis, Gustavo, Wilson, Aldaberto and Alaia for the faultless service ❤️
