Наш автобус задержался, приехали мы около 2 часов ночи, нас тепло встретили, быстро заселили. Ночевали мы всего одну ночь, утром вкусно позавтракали и отправились дальше.

Очень вежливый персонал! Шикарное расположение в центре города.👍 а самое главное уютненько! 5 ⭐️ Брали с собой собачку (Цвергпинчер) вообще никаких проблем. Завтрак и ужин можно сделать на веранде на улице. Всем советую эту гостиницу!!!

В целом, отель понравился. Очень уютно, замечательное расположение, своя парковка. Однако общение с женщиной администратором оставило неприятный осадок. Дело в том, что ресторан в отеле работает до 18.00, и, если не заказал еду до 17.00, поужинать не получится. У нас было с собой немного еды, и мы думали, что сможем хотя бы перекусить за столиком ресторана (мы были втроем с другом, номера маленькие, а других общих зон в отеле нет), однако получили резкий, категорический отказ. Администратор в ультимативной форме заявила, что ресторан заперт, и открыть его невозможно. Накануне, при другом администраторе, которая была радушной и доброжелательной, с этим никаких проблем не было. Такое отношение к гостям по-меньшей мере вызывает вопросы, и явно идет не на пользу отелю.

Не понравилось! Я люблю маленькие отели. И часто остаюсь очень довольна от выбранного отеля. Думала , здесь мне тоже понравится. Не понравилось.Комната маленькая. Это ладно. Но Нет не холодильника, не чайника. Неулыбчивый персонал. Завтраки не вкусные, каши всегда солёные. Но спасибо горничной, она выполняла свою работу честно, без упрёков.Полотенца меняла каждый день, было очень приятно! Недалеко от Кремля.

Мы хотели посмотреть город Псков. Заранее забронировали этот отель и не зря. Все номера там были заняты. Нас очень приветливо встретили, проводили в номер. На территории отеля располагается ресторан. Хотя время бизнес-ланча уже закончилось, но для нас сделали исключение. Номера очень чистые. Каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Отель расположен на тихой улочке, рядом с парком. До крепости несколько минут. Мы остались очень довольны. Спасибо большое всем сотрудникам отеля.

Добрый день, друзья! Мы только завтракали в этом отеле, но и этого хватило, чтобы сделать вывод: можно сюда приехать, покушать и остаться довольным) Спокойно, вкусно, сердечно. Может и не супер-пупер, но очень прилично! Спасибо за блинчики с творогом!

Останавливались в отеле большой компанией в новогодние праздники. Приветливый персонал, в номерах чисто, завтрак вкусный, расположение прям на берегу, вид не очень с номера на первом этаже, но это не страшно... Мы рекомендуем.
